Very poor customer service. I dropped off a tank to be certified and filled. 2 weeks later it still was not done. I was unable to reach them by phone and tbe corporate office was unable to reach them.

Edit: Suburban propane hastily fixed our issue, so I am changing my review to 3 stars.I was charged $500+ without receiving a delivery. They claim that they delivered 97 gallons on 1/6/23 but I have a camera, and no one showed up.So now I have a gauge reading at 4% & babies that can't live without the heat.Not to mention that I tried to sign up for autopay on 3 separate occasions but was surprised with a notice stating that my gas would be shut off.

Worst experience ever. At least half a dozen calls to get a delivery; finally called it an emergency, then they charged me $235 for their neglect. Disgraceful! I will be looking for another company.

I went to the Suburban office in Lancaster after verifying that they had a primary regulator at the tank in stock. I drove from Tehachapi in a hurry to get the parts I needed as I had a leaking regulator. I installed the parts and got may gas back on. Unfortunately the regulator I was sold was a two stage that would not deliver enough pressure for the needs of 2 of my appliances when I asked to exchange it Michelle said they couldn't as it had already been installed and is now used. When I told Michelle that I was relying on Suburban as the professional to give me the correct part or at least ask questions she said that I asked for a regulator so she pulled one off the shelf and that she doesn't know the difference. What a disappointment as I thought the professional would know. Never was any responsibility taken from Michelle as to the part being wrong for my needs. Michelle said it was a misunderstanding. No problem for her but now I have a 125 dollar regulator that is useless and I have to go through the process of replacing it at my cost along with re bleeding the lines etc.. Michelle was overall very professional but in the end I lose. Thank you Suburban propane.

We had Suburban Propane for about three years. The service was excellent. The only reason I'm giving them three stars is that their prices are just out of line. When I finally did the research after paying bills that kept climbing higher and higher, I found we were paying MORE than DOUBLE what other local companies were charging. Once the tank was empty, I switched! Oh, I called them first, but they had nothing to say about it. The ladies who answer the phone hear it all the time and sound embarrassed...it's not their company, they just work there. They just know the complaints fall on deaf ears. Shame on you SP!

I'm a new Suburban customer. From my first phone call with Michelle to the on-time delivery it has been a great experience. Tony's initial inspection of our system was professional and comprehensive. His attention to detail instilled confidence in the whole company.
