Can I just state how amazing this dealership is!! If I was able to give them 100 stars I would!! My personal experience is the moment we walked in ,the environment felt amazing. Ryan and Matt were such friendly gentlemen, they helped my husband Abraham get a car out . After being in a car accident and not having a car They made the process so easy and he was able to get the car he wanted. Thank you Rayan and Matt for this easy and amazing experience and showing you guy's care . We appreciate being part of Subaru family!!!

Amanda and Noe were great.. I went in for a test drive for a different vehicle than what I ended up purchasing because the vehicle I test drove did not meet my needs. Amanda showed me a different vehicle that she thought I might like. She nailed it. She did not try to push me over my budget and shared my concerns immediately with her manager.When I arrived to finalize my purchase Noe greeted me at the door and everything went smooth and I walked out very happy and even got a pink bow on my suv. Noe was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He even helped me with my apple car play before leaving . Leo in finance made it real smooth and got me in and out with a smile and a job well done .I’d come back and recommend my family

My Outback had been having some battery issues and luckily it was under warranty so their service department was able to get it replaced and back on the road in time for my weekend road trip! I’ve taken it here for oil changes in the past and I’ve had nothing but spectacular service every time. They send video of the work performed as well as pictures of items needing to be replaced which has really won my complete trust when I bring it here for service. Their snack and drink selection is great plus the Wifi makes time fly when waiting for the work to be completed. This is hands down the best dealer I’ve ever given my business to.

Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from. They will make you think that family is important until they make the sale and then after the sale, you screwed with a lemon and a high payment. A single mom of three excited to be able to afford a reliable car gets taken advantage of buying a car that after 2 weeks stops working. My car has been sitting in the driveway for a month and the dealership cannot do anything about it. I want to warn everyone not to use this dealership. I have a monthly payment with a non-working car. LOL Please stay away from this place.

I recently purchased a Subaru Ascent from the Antelope Valley Subaru and my experience with everyone we worked with was amazing. Amanda, our sales person was incredibly knowledgeable about the features, and the whole process. She was extremely efficient in getting us a great deal. Scott, her manager was very professional, kind and has a great sense of humor. This was the best, fastest and most memorable car buying experience we've ever had! I normally dread getting a new car, but these car buying experts made this experience smooth, and so easy! I highly recommend your next car purchase here! Thank you Amanda and Scott. Amanda was great keeping me updated on the status of my car. Even though she was off the day I went in to purchase the car, she still helped tremendously.Steven ended up being the one assisting us and he was such a great help! Bryan was really patient with me and explained every single little detail from the car I was interested on. He created my account with My Subaru from which I can take full advantage of all the extra features the car offers. He and Pedro, the manager, worked with my budget offering me the best possible alternative for me to upgrade my car. I’m very thankful for their support.

I've been taking my time looking for a Subaru Forester for about a month and a half.I was finally ready to look in earnest and I contacted the sales rep who once took the time to show me a couple of models. I was mildly disappointed that he would not be able to meet with me for a few days. When I arrived at the appointment time I had to wait a good bit since he had forgotten me. He did not recognize me. Okay, it had been 6 weeks. What was problematic is he immediately let me know he'd been promoted to manager and was handing me off to a sale associate, something he could have done 3 days earlier.I told him my top price and instead of telling me he had nothing in that range he told me he had several models I should see - none of which was under or at my top figure. He and the associate were extremely furtive about the asking price of the vehicle I showed the most interest in. It took quite some time to discover that their asking price was 3k over my limit.I have a good credit union and had pre-approval and the check would be ready next day. Nevertheless I was continuously pressured into listening to their 'better options'. I was forced to be adamant and blunt in order to move them off of that.Several things I was told simply were not true, such as having to sign an option contract, even though I was paying fully through my own credit union and not taking possession of the car until they had the check. I was given credit for a trade in but was told I had to leave it the day before picking up my purchased vehicle. The finance clerk later told my truly I did not have to.Although I had my everything lined up and ready with my credit union the process still took 3 hours while the associate trotted back and forth between me and the manager. I dread to imagine how much time it would it would have taken if my financing weren't already in place.Everyone was at such pains to put on the sugary and artificial that I found it all so over the top and very off-putting. I'm certain that it's part of the training program there.I dislike complaining but this is precisely why car sales folk have so poor a reputation and the car purchasing experience can be so loathsome.Also, why do they congratulate you when you've purchased a car, as if you've done something extraordinary? Perhaps making it through the gauntlet of car salesmen is worthy of congratulations.

Went to several other subaru and toyota dealers. Not only were these guys the most honest and nice, but they also had lower prices than the other dealerships. They didnt pressure us at all and it was a good experience. Also my first service was a pleasant experience. Will recommend.

Nathan was truly a pleasure to work with. He made the whole car buying process seamless and easy. I highly recommend making the trip to see him and his team. We had our sights set on a used vehicle so it made everything a little easier for everyone involved. Financing was a breeze as they work with multiple lenders depending on your credit of course. Very pleased.

My wife and I purchased a new 2024 Subaru Outback Limited XT from Subaru Antelope Valley yesterday . Not only is SUV beautiful but so comfortable, quiet and amazing to drive. If I could give Tina 0 stars I would. She has not made any attempt in rectifying the situation and said she would investigate the issue. I have heard NOTHING in almost a month.To add salt to injury, she opened her conversation with , "I'm not in the business to make money off our customers." Honestly, with how she's treated the whole situation - it sure as heck seems like she's here to do just that!!You get a gold star Tina!!! A gold star in the WORST customer service.
