I don't know what's happening to this store but it's starting to show. 7 out of 10 carts have flat spot wheels. Who wants to shop with a cart going clunk clunk clunk the whole time? Stopping by after work always feels and looks like no one is working. This is prime time swing by the market and to walk in to long lines and no employees.... NOPE. And lastly. What is the deal with all the stuff stacked up just inside the entrance ? Get a cart and work your way through a maze and past the people entering and exiting to get to the deli and produce. Can't even imagine if had to evacuate the store for something.

I love this Stater Brothers store. The store is well stocked, very clean and welcoming. If I can't find something there is always a smiling helpful employee who goes out of their way to find it. All of the employees are so nice and helpful. I don't know all the names but I do know Israel who has always been right there for any assistance. He is good with the employees as well. I think he is the reason behind the good, friendly, caring customer service in the store. Thank you for the great experience it is to shop there. :)

Really love their meat counter though it's also a pleasurable shopping experience in the rest of the store as well. Good variety of items in all categories.
Well stocked aisles and enough space to pass other shoppers in the aisles comfortably.

This store needs to actually train the baggers (courtesy clerks). I went to put my groceries in my car and I couldn't lift it. I had to grab some of the things out then put it in. When I got home my husband brought the groceries in and took the bag in the bathroom to weigh it 38lbs. That is just wrong. Common sense is no longer a given. Train them.

I come here every so often to visit family, the store looks old, the workers progressingly started getting worse attitudes backed up lines and everyone looks like they just do not care. I asked where my favorite checker went (Paula) and they said she had to transfer because of a relationship issue. You tell me why I see you have a manager dating a produce guy still working there. I seen them together at the gym since december and kissing at their car the other night. What kinda management runs this place?

This store has always been great. It is organized and clean! Vegetables are fresh and they have very competitive pricing!
Meat department has also always been great! I want to give a shout out to Richard at the meat department. We visited late at night on 5/7/2024 and Richard went above and beyond! Normally when you visit a place 2 hours before they close, no one wants to help. But not Richard. Thank you, we really appreciate you assisting my wife and I.
