“The guy at the service desk was not very good. We went there for a recall service and asked for a quote regarding 100,000 mile service. Was expecting to get a paper quote, but he just gave us verbal quote. We were told sit in the waiting room while the service was being completed. Was told it would take about an hour. After 2 hours, my wife went asked how much longer. The guy told her it was already done. He came into the waiting room twice and never said a word!! Very disappointed in his lack of customer service!!”
