Back in April I went there to buy a white headboard. They didn't have what I was looking for so I wanted to order from a catalog. I saw one I liked but I was unsure about buying something I can't really see or touch. So I made the purchase for 260.00. I got up went to the back and saw something with the same material and I didn't like it. I asked Jeff if that was the same material as the one in the catalog and he said yes. I told him I didn't want it and I'll take a refund. He told me that the purchase didn't go through. So I got up and left. A few days went by and I checked my account and noticed that the purchase did go through. I went back to the store for a refund and the brother was there. He told me that he would give me a refund so he gave me a refund back to my account, so I thought, and gave me a refund receipt for the 260.00. I waited a couple of weeks, never got the refund. I called my bank took a picture of the receipt and sent it to the bank through the Chase app and they gave me my 260.00. I didn't think anymore of it until I checked my account last night in September looking for something else and noticed that Chase took there money back. So I'm looking for the receipt and I noticed that on the receipt the brother put that he refunded me with cash. They stole 260.00 from me and yes once they make the sale they are very rude. I'm going up there today and try to get my money back. I know I'm not going to get it just by reading the reviews. How are they getting away with doing stuff like this? What do I do? Mr Tran treated me with the utmost respect and had fair prices for good quality furniture. It seems as if other reviews are not fairly asessing the business because of their "personal situations." The experience my family and I had was exceptional. We would recommend this to other people looking for furniture.

I LOVE my new living room set! Who said you can't create designer looks on a budget? I can't say enough about the comfort, quality, price and service I got from Tim and David. They were so professional yet friendly at the same time. I'm definitely coming back to purchase my kitchen and bedroom set. They have so much to choose from and it's customizable too. Oh,and it feels great to support this family owned small business :)

My relatives were moving to Palmdale and needed to get a new couch and dining table. I found Ross Furniture through Yelp and decided to reach out, and am so happy with that decision! They provided quality service and gave thoughtful recommendations based on the size, color, and fabric we wanted. I did a price match with stores such as Ashley's and Living Spaces we definitely got a great deal. It was a smooth process from start to finish, I highly recommend!

The only guy that is always there, I don't know if he's the owner. I went in to buy bed Fram. Dude was aggressive as soon as I walked in asking me what do I need. Than just stares at me and than bothers me pushing me on what I want. Go next door Furniture store better

Have been buying from Ross Furniture since we moved to the AV about 20 years ago. The have always been very helpful with advice, delivery, and making sure we got what we wanted and needed. Purchased our bedroom, living room, and dining room furniture from this fine family owned business and have recommended them to our friends and neighbors.

Carlos was helpful. Gave me a discount and I was able to get same day delivery which was really important to me. (I bought the item on display as is). He delivered himself and took cared of everything. He let me browse without bothering me but was ready to help when I asked. Intown delivery is about $30 but I was given a discount for paying cash. The same type of table I wanted from the store next door was $100 cheaper here. The minor cons; I would advise that they make bigger walkways throughout the store. I had a stroller with me and it made looking at things very difficult. The store did not seem to have AC. They don't seem to have anything Brand new in stock. So if you want something same day, you have to buy the display one. A brand new item, you have to order and wait a few days.
