I love the atmosphere, service, and the breakfast is amazing. The pool and gym are always clean and neat. The staff is amazing. Pets are allowed and I can say I was pleased and happy with my stay here. Will definitely recommend.

Great new rooms and location, but service was horrible by general manager Kristina Castro. My cloths were even stolen out of the laundry room. They have no cameras anywhere. Breakfast is also lacking. No much variety of fresh options. Everything is like premade burritos and sandwiches. Not so much keto friendly. Not so much fresh eggs or meats. After spending over $13,000 dollars at that place and reach the titanium elite status, the manager treated me like garbage and accused me of damaging a sofa without having any before pictures. Some of their rooms are showing signs of wear and tear. I figure they thought I had money and that they could accused me of any damage after spending thousands of dollars there without any discount or special treatment. I also had a gift card deal that I booked online and manager Kristina was always late honoring my deals. At first they don’t even knew how to handle my deal.
They also don’t have ice buckets or luggage carts. I noticed that other elite members also accused manager Kristina of lack of professionalism. Same experience with me. She was always late, staff claimed Kristina called me but I had no miss calls, voicemails or any emails. I was charged $150 for some damage that I was not provided proof off. I was never acknowledged properly as an elite Bomboy member and never offered anything despite the extraordinary amount of money I had spent at their hotel. At the end I had enough and I decided to leave. I moved to the Hilton in town and had given them my business for several weeks now until my house is fixed.
Safety: They had no cameras and especially around the laundry room.

We particularly loved the morning breakfast and breakfast hosts who were so thoughtful and pleasant. We would definitely come back.

I booked a room and just a couple hours later called to change my reservation by one day. They had open rooms yet they were unwilling. They charged me for the stay. It was completely unreasonable. I recommend TownePlace Inn instead.

Beautiful facility and rooms. Great central location, close to everything. Prices are very reasonable for the accommodations. I most appreciate how they lock the exterior doors at night, not just for the safety of the patrons but for the staff as well.

Walkability: Right in the middle of downtown you can eat walk get coffee down the street good atmosphere

It was in the middle of downtown so we have to park in the front instead of the back because our cars wouldn't be visible

Such an great yet odd experience. Iffy downtown area, right on the old main drag. But this place is a true 5 star resort plopped down here!! The rooms are incredible! Clean, huge room with great new design elements. Entry room has a full kitchen with dining table, couch & TV. The bedroom is separate with a lockable door & tv of its own! The bathroom is very nice as well. Loved the glass wall & built in shelves.
The hotel layout is a little odd & narrow, but these great rooms MORE than make up for that!

Overall this place needs work in the breakfast area mainly. I’ve stayed at multiple residences throughout southern and Northern California and I have to say that this hotel management can try a little better. Maybe take ideas from other locations… breakfast gets no stars… the room is not provided dish soap and scrubbers like every other location. The staff is friendly though. The location is definitely questionable…lock your belongings in you room. There’s a detention center across the street.

I was informed that they needed to change the rate when I arrived to check in. I had to cancel and book somewhere else for my entire vacation. I would rate a 0 star if I could.

Super clean place, still looks new. Pretty decent kitchen setup with everything you'd want to cook a meal. Have nothing to complain about, one of the cleaner hotels in the area.
