Had to leave bc I still wasn't seen 30 mins into my appointment time. My blood sugar dropped from fasting andI didn't feel well and had no idea when I would he seen. it was so crowded in there.

I need contact information to contact the supervisor of the phlebotimist who served my sister today. She's blind. You didn't want to freaking read her name out to her for her to verify her information. She's blind, She's not incapable. She's legally allowed to consent as a 26 year old to her own blood draws. Next time I'm going with her to ask for your phlebotomy license and to ask you to read to me this so called policy you have about not being able to take a blind person's blood work unless they have a caregiver. Get educated. I work in medical, too and I hate how misinformed workers are and how patients are treated. You are the problem with the system and why there's so much distrust in the Healthcare. Don't you know, there's a case against quest for having kiosks inaccessible to the blind? There's a whole lawsuit against this company and you as a Healthcare worker are adding to it. Ever heard of ACCOMMODATIONS? or can you not do anything as simple as read her name aloud to her? Sound it out. It's a simple name. Too lazy? Too much effort?

We did a walk in on Wednesday mid morning and were served within 30 minutes. Christina was so kind and patient with my 9 year old. Definitely recommend! The whole process from check in to leaving was smooth and efficient.

I love this Quest! I have really small veins, and they hit them on the first try! No digging! This location can get crazy busy with walk-ins though, so make an appointment!!! I was in-and-out in 10min.

This place is horrible. No one to speak to there I checked in at my time it ask if your waiting in the waiting room or outside they text me to come in I did and was waiting for a 45 min n finally asked a nurse and they Said they called me that was a lie I came right in then said to wait as stand by my appointment was at 10:30 they txt me at 10:57 I was in there until 11:27 horrible!!!!!

This office is horrible customer service. When you walk in and have no appointment they ask if you want an appointment if you say yes the people that walk in after you without appointments get to go before you because you made an appointment. Just do a walk in...Customer Service is horrible

They refused to make me an appointment when i called. Tried 3 times on 3 different days and they told me to just walk in. The wait time is 3 hours. Oh, and their fax system is down so you better have paperwork in your hand or a confirmation number.

Worst customer service, disrespectful, abuse, and neglect elderly and children. Don't even bother stepping foot in this place. I can't believe they are still open. Supervisor better make changes after listening to the patients. There are many other labs in the AV...lab corp and av hospital are very kind and respectful.

There is no front desk, no people to talk to. You have to check in on an iPad which is a confusing system. I just needed to pick up a stool sample kit.

Just a heads up to make sure you have a physical copy of your lab orders with you. Also, please know the techs are NOT allowed to look in the system to make sure they have your lab orders unless you check in and wait to be called. For whatever reason, there were quite a few patients (including myself) whose labs were not showing up in their system. I went 2 days in a row and waited at least an hour each time only to be told they did not have my labs. In hindsight I should have just picked up a physical copy of my lab orders. I will be doing that today, and I guess I will try this location one more time. And I'm a woman of privilege --I can't imagine how how difficult this process must be for people with limited resources who cannot afford to take multiple days off of work just to get what really should be routine blood work.

I had the worse experience twice already with Jessica she is the worse person there and wouldn't ever recommend coming here if you get her make sure to ask for someone else. She has a horrible unprofessional attitude thinks she's above patients by arguing back with them. I would never hire her or encourage her to continue in this career because as a medical professional she needs to learn her bed side manners and be careful who she chooses to have a bad attitude with. She made me wait 10 mins even tho I had an appointment and also ignored me as she called me to answer another persons question who didn't even have an appointment, if we book them we should be priority over the people who don't have appointments and she should have told him hold on instead of me the one getting the blood work. I've always paid my balances and been patient with her, but today she made me have a panic attack to the point of tears, with the way she spoke to me. When I asked for a manager she said she wasn't there and do not give me the managers info. I had to have another person do my blood work because I would never trust Jessica to do it. She is already so unprofessional that I'm 100% sure she would do the blood work incorrect on purpose because she has so much negative energy around her and the way she speaks to you she makes you feel like you are talking to a teenager who's ready to argue with you. We need compassion empathic professionals and she should have been the bigger person but in this case I had to be the better person and I ignore all of her rude remarks the other women there are amazing professionals level headed but Jessica with the glasses and very unprofessional appearance would be the one to stay away. I don't know who you think you are speaking to me and having someone else step in because you can not conduct yourself in a professional setting that's your job! You made a patient cry and did not feel a thing she's cold hearted and shouldn't be working there. You're horrible and I really hope the review and me calling the manager on her, that they will actually do something about it if not I will continue advocating for myself and for other patients to not be treated like this ever again!
