Called in when they first opened up to confirm a tire size was in stock. They confirmed and told me to come in and they’d take me right away.
Of course I didn’t expect to be taken exactly right away, however I wasn’t expecting to have 10 cars come in after me and get serviced ahead of me.
I asked one of the guys how long it’d be because I have to be down the hill at a certain time, and also that I was there 10 minutes after they’d opened and others were taken ahead of me, the response was “we’ll get to you when we get to you!” With an attitude!

In Lancaster California, it's like driving through a construction zone. You run over road hazards daily. PRIMO'S is the best solution for great used tires and dependable work at affordable prices. Today, for the second time, I had a tire blowout. I had AAA take me and my Mercedes here. I was 4th in line, in and out in under an hour, they installed a used tire, exact match in excellent condition for $45 total cost. My car has tires that originally cost $150 each. AAA recommends PRIMO'S and so do I.

Very terrible service, I took my Kia to have the tires changed and the wheels were stolen, then I went to complain and they denied that they had changed them for Honda wheels, they lack honesty, better go to Grand American Tires I have changed two years ago years and everything is very good, they even give you papers to verify the process of your car!!!

This is the second time I’ve had to come to Primo’s in an emergency situation. I’ve been to both the east and west side locations. Each time, they took great care of me and executed efficient service. The cost is also great. I am truly grateful that they were so convenient and understanding. Also, everyone that was also receiving service spoke so highly of the men here, and were also very pleased with the work they received as well. I was referred here by another auto service place and I’m so happy I was. Thank you so much for all your help!

Tire weight left on tire. The vehicle was taken back more than twice without them doing a thorough search so my wife was forced to get assistance from another shop.

Primos has always been good to me, normally I buy new tires from them but this particular time I had no choice but to buy 2 used tires because mine were down to the metal bead. Gave me a good price and I was back on the road in less than 30min. Definitely recommend if you happen to be a local to them.
