“The rep Latisha was assisting someone else as I was in line. She was so polite patient and knowledgeable of there products. I hope when it was my turn I would go to her. And I did! And she recommended the best products for my. As I stepped out of line she assisted a lady with the child. Latisha offered the little girl a sticker. I havent seen such great customer service in a long time. They are lucky to have her.”
“Love having a local post office, and it has that small town feel. It saves me a trip across town to the Lancaster post office. I can drop off prepaid packages easily for my small business. The people working there are always friendly. Could parking be better? Sure, but there’s nothing they can do about that. I’m just glad to have a local post office just a couple of miles from home.”
“I'm disabled so it was a struggle to climb the stairs at the entrance. The parking is across the road, but handicapped accessible. But people who are coming and going are quick to help open the doors!. There was a long line which went pretty quick, even with the Holidays starting.”

“The staff is polite and friendly I’ve lived in Lancaster 4months already and I enjoy this post office very much wouldn’t go anywhere else but here.
