Paul was extremely helpful. I had tried buying a part through two different online vendors. I even called one of their support centers. They told me they couldn't help me find the right part for my vehicle (the database said the part would fit, but it didn't). Paul spent time looking at parts for different trims and model years until he found one he was confident would fit...and it did. I installed it today. Thank you for taking so much time to help me!

I called today and they place me on hold multiple times, more than 40mins, I was patient with them. Then they just hung up on me. Customer service for today was horrible.

I bought the wrong "RELAY", never installed it and tried to return it unused with the receipt but they wouldn't take it back. They also have tried to sell me the more expensive brands, I won't spend any more hard earned money in that particular NAPA store

Second closest NAPA to me, they have a larger storefront and a much larger back storage than my closer one. They even had the elusive 41mm socket I was looking for. Good place to keep in mind.
