I made an appointment with madison for a cut and color and she's was incredible! not only did she give me a great hair cut and a GORGEOUS blow out (i've been too scared to let anyone cut my hair in years) but she was also very thorough during the consultation and was honest about waiting a few weeks to do my color until we can get my hair to a healthier state, I appreciated that her priority was to ensure my hair was at its best! I can't wait for my next appointment definitely book with her you won't regret it!

I came here on Saturday 3/16/2024 on a short notice appt. My stylist was Angela and she was great. This is a very welcoming atmosphere, I was greeted right away, and also had a cup of coffee. Angela is so professional and she gave me a fantastic haircut and style. I was not rushed but was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I enjoyed talking with her and will definitely come back. I highly recommend Angela and Monticello!!

Shout out to my new hair stylist, Madison! After what felt like a never ending search for a new hair stylist, Madison's hair IG page happened to appear on my feed. I AM SO GLAD I MESSAGED HER. She had timely communication and told me to come in for a consultation. My hair has been thru the ringer this year and Madison took care of every single issue I was facing while being the absolute sweetest girl ever. Not to mention, the salon had a cute store and nail salon as well. I am so relieved I found Madison. Highly recommend her for any of your hair needs. She's def a keeper for sure !

Fantastic experience. Had a pedicure and a stone massage, highly recommend both (did NOT know that they massage with the hot stone. HEAVENLY). Bekah (Becca?) who gave me the pedicure was really nice to talk to and didn't make me feel bad about the state my feet were in. Already made an appointment to go back!

Love the salon. My previous stylist was no longer there so I was assigned one. Nice lady, skills average, price was a shocker. Wish I would have known she was going to fleece me before I gave her a $20 tip for just a very plain cut & style. Not sure I'll go back and try another stylist.

Lisa was great! She styled my daughter's hair for her promotion ceremony, and it came out beautifully! I saw her again for my hair color and trim. She did a great job!

1st experience at Monticello Hair Salon: Appointment for wash and cut at 10 AM with Lisa. I arrived at 10:05 was asked to have a seat. Lisa came sailing in eyes on her phone at 10:20 AM, said something to the receptionist, got a hug, and disapeared into the back. No one said a word to me and since I didn't know who Lisa was at that time I was about to leave when Lisa came out, introduced herself and gave a perfunctory 'I apologize for being late' and was shown to her station. When I had to interrupt her while I trying to explain what I wanted in a hair cut I knew I was in trouble. Whether she was distracted from the job by whatever caused her to be late or by her constant callouts to the other hair stylists in the salon, I got a very uneven hair cut. She ended by having to borrow a styling brush from a fellow stylist and did her best to hide the cut with a blowout. When I got home and did my own comb out, saw the unevenness I corrected it over the next two days. For this I paid $45!??! No wonder Lisa isn't listed on their site as a regular hair stylist!
