The staff named "Karen" gave me the worst experience today. I visit this location trying to buy my sister a prepaid sim card and plan, which I bought for my mom a similar thing a week earlier at T-Mobile store for $15 a month, and $10 for the sim. Karen was working through the process with a very ungrateful attitude and ended up giving me a quote for $108. I was surprised and asked her if she could double check the plan I mentioned, and about thr plan at T-Mobile. She just instantly told me that there was anything like the plan as I said, and told me to decide "Yes, no, maybe?". I told her that I don't want to take the $108 plan and she spoke out loud "Waste of time". I couldn't believe how a business can let their staffs working with this low level of customer serivce. I rate this 1 star because this is the lowest that I can do.

This store operates with little professionalism and total disregard for their customers since today is the second time that that I've arrived at there store and they say that there closed earlier the posted time. A business such as this should not claim to be opened on there site (METRO PCS) and thru out the Internet sites claiming to close at 7:00pm but when we showed up at 6:45pm they say closed thru the window but were inside. Businesses that run like this with little regard for the customer shouldn't be in business period. I canceled something important and asked for a ride in order to be responsible, to give them my money, horrific service it's no wonder BOOST is in business and will be my new carrier of choice .

I've had good experiences at this store in which the staff has been able to effectively resolve my phone issues. However, I had an incident with an employee here recently. My issue started with a broken hot spot that I had gotten a replacement for. The Metro PCS phone customer service was attempting to charge me $50 to activate the replacement. I decided to try to get the activation done at the store. A woman with long eyelashes told me they couldn't activate the hotspot. I would have to call customer service again. I told her about my previous experience and the attempt to charge me. She said they were going to have to charge me regardless. I went to my car and called customer service. The phone rep was able to activate the hotspot without charging me. I went into the store to let the woman know that I had managed to activate the hotspot without getting charged so that she would know the next time someone came in with a similar issue. She was assisting a pair of customers with an activation. Another employee asked if she could assist. I said I needed to speak to the other woman, but I could wait until she was finished. She said she was about to go to lunch. I said that what I needed to tell her would only take a minute, but I would wait until she was finished with her customers. After 10 minutes, she finished with her customers and went directly into the back room. I waited a few more minutes, but she did not return. I asked the other employee if she had just gone to clock out for lunch. She said that she had actually clocked out 10 minutes earlier, but stayed to finish up those customers. "I tried to tell you." This raises some questions. Is this store forcing the employees to work through their lunch? Did she volunteer to keep working, even though the other employee could have taken over for her? (There were no other customers in the store.) Was the employee avoiding me because she thought I was going to yell at her? I don't know because I had already left. Good customer service includes listening to your customers, even if you think you're not going to like what they say.

One month into the service, I got a text saying some kind of work was being done in the area and voice calls would be down. Since then I was unable to make voice calls for 3 months. I had constantly poor connectivity. I thought it was because I live in a remote location. It cost me a lot of income because notices weren't reaching my phone. I switched back to Verizon and no longer have those issues. Never again.I called customer support once to make sure they had my correct information. I told the guy my address. He read it back to me literally the way I said it:5xx Rancho new word Vista Blvd ... WHAT?! I was telling him there should be a space between the words.However a female associate at the Rosamond store was very helpful a few times.

The customer service at the 400 E Santa Clara office is run by bigoted haters. I've been a customer of Metro for years and enjoy the services provided. However, my last visit at the location previously mentioned I was treated pretty much as usual as the gals there went into their hater mode. I will never go to that office again, especially after being called an "old man" in the most derogatory manner.

This is one of the stores actually owned by Metro. It is always super busy, but well kept in a convenient location. They have security and they staff are very knowledgeable. This is one of the two location I've went to for my cell phone needs and they have never disappointed.

I had purchased insurance for my phone... Turns out you can't even use it at metro, you have to go home on and fill out an application from your computer... and it takes over a week to even get a phone(if these people you never talk to approve you that is)! So thats really my fault for not being able to see past the deception of phone insurance. So I've been asking people and so far I haven't met a single person other than the metro lady who knows this. Ok. Part. 2: I tell her I can't wait that long please just sell me a new phone and cancel the insurance. So she sells me a Galaxy A12, double the cost of the last phone almost and it RUNS SLOWER and OFTEN THE BUTTONS DONT EVEN WORK. And it runs on 4g not 5g like the last one. I feel like metro is deceptive and does not have your interests in mind at all, just a sale. Well, maybe I'll sign on a plan with another company!
