Hey I'm real sorry for the ugly review I left. I probably forgot to take my psych meds. Or maybe it wasn't actually me. I have no recollection of writing this review and my accounts were compromised. Access providers likeT-Mobile, and Metro. AllGoogle andyoutube, credit cards, bank accts. Also business numbers and the subsequent leads. Not to mention $10,000+ in lost and stolen merchandise and tools or machines. The reason I'm saying this is maybe it was this person or group of persons who have pretty much targeted me for what, I did not know. Now it seems obvious why they would target me, ....that was a disappointing reflection of character and anyone who read that would think so as well, irregardless of fact or fiction in the recounting of details....I would not care to make acquaintance with myself. And how is my opinion of Metro now. Metro is pretty good all around. My experience is that they're really not terrible on anything and some things are pretty great. Good service, and really, I can say after having way too many dealings w different access providers so

Karen took great care of me. My boyfriend purchased a new phone at another T mobile and the girl did nothing to help us set up the phone . the next day I went to this location and got excellent help. We are both seniors in our mid 70s and needed a little help with setting up the phone with app transfers. Karen was so very helpful and patient and understanding. The Manager Juan is super nice too and helped us with a great case for the phone and answered our questions. These 2 employees are great. Thank you Both
