This was my first time at this location and let me tell you I am very pleased. Great customer service and they took the time to explain everything in detail. Got my phone and accessories at a very good price. Definitely coming back

This was my 2nd time coming in to this location and I pretty much confirmed what some of these comments are saying......I don't know how the owner trains these employees but some of them are very dishonest...on 2 different occasions 2 different employees lied to me about not getting charged for a phone case and screen protector....I bought a new phone that was $239, and some how it came up to almost $400....they said the accessories was free but I looked at receipt later and I was charged....people shouldn't play with customers money, some people are crazy and will come back to job, like what I'm thinking of doing ?

Drove friend 50 miles to get to store to replace phone on Saturday. Arrived 8 minutes LATER than closing - only associate at store let us in and graciously got my buddy all set up - even tho it made them tardy for their appointment!!

Upgraded pH and the rep threw a cover and screen protector without informing of price beforehand, charged on receipt without acknowledging with their customer. Attempt to resolve with mgmt for a month with no luck or resolve. Let countless msg and not a single call back from anyone that can help. Felt ripped off / robbed. Wil probably reached out to the BBB and consumers affairs. I am probably not the only person this has happened to from the way the reps attempted to handle it with no help from the managers which could not be reached by phone from their own employees/reps.

There closing time states 8pm got here 5min before closing, and I wasn't able to make a payment. I will never be returning to this location ever again. Complete jokes. On numerous occasions they did not have the correct change and I was asked to go, to the business's next door an try to aquire change.

Miguel at the metro store was wonderful.... He solved a problem that the customer service was not able to fix... I really appreciate his support and knowledge... I recommend seeing him if you need anything....

Always a problem going there .the last 3 times I went there I walk in and hear were closed .it's 3pm the sign says 7pm .well I need a ....oh we're out of stock ."I have not even told you what I'm here to buy yet" oh were out of what ever your looking for ????

Best Metro PCS in the Antelope Valley!! I've been with them for quite some time and have never been disappointed in their service. The most recent visit was to replace my daughters phone. She had cracked her screen badly enough that her phone was unusable and had taken it to mobile link on AVE K where they charged her $153.89 and her phone only worked for 24 hrs. Gunk leaking out and the receipt was written in such a way that once she walked out the door that was it. Next time she will make sure she reads reviews!! Fernando has always been amazing and a couple days ago JR was just as amazing!!
