Service is good in store, but out of it they don't answer the phone I called multiple times it just rang. The sign on the door and on here says they close at 7pm but that's a lie.I got there at 6:45 and they were already closed. I wasted the little time I had now I have to come back again tomorrow in the small time window I have to pick up a device. But other than that the people are friendly and helpful.

Extremely weak signal, sometimes no signal. Sometimes no service as a result when I need it most! Started happening after I Called to complain about a program that I had to apply to three times and was still getting the run around with. So I then contacted Customer Service because connection difficulty. Contacted their Technician twice and had phone reset and towers changed twice. Still one bar! There is a Cell Tower 100 yards from my home, another two blocks away. Phone is useless if the signal is consistently weak and sometimes non-existent! Waiting for end of this cycle to switch providers and will send formal complaints to various agencies incl. FCC .

Terrible Customer Service! The male Sales Associate was not helpful and didn't want to deal with the insurance. I have been a customer long enough for an upgrade as well. All he offered for my cracked phone screen was an upgrade at a much higher cost than the insurance would have been. I filed with the insurance and received my replacement the next day. The $6 for the Assurance Handset Coverage is definitely worth it! Brought the replacement phone to the store for help in setting it up. Elizabeth was awesome in helping me set up my new phone!

Young guy goes by Will is a creeper. I hid my photo gallery beforehand, so what he did was take a video then screenshot just to locate the album. He then made a comment about my body...weird. People, you should always request the associate place your phone on the table for transparency. He also lied about a couple things.
