Purchased a code, realized it may be the wrong one, called Marauder, just to be blown off by Nick, who by the way, I'd asked about the return policy. He told me that once the code is accessed, there can be no refund. Code not accessed, he still refused. He stated that as of the 16th, no refunds are allowed. So basically, the employees aren't honoring their own return policy printed on the back of the receipt, which is HOW I'll get refunded via my cc. Just know you have rights!! Jose was compassionate, sorry, did everything he could to help. Actually provided useful info that eventually aided me in my plight. One thing for sure is I'll never make another purchase from this book store. The store must be struggling for them to do this to students.

They have all the books you need for school as well as the supplies for whatever classes you have. If you're taking classes there definitely stop by. I just wish they had other books that weren't on the curriculum.
