I been getting my mail here for over three years and this year I had fraud coming from this place my mail is always open or I never receive my mail the people that work here are very rude and unhelpful I talk to the owner about it and he don't care but if he was losing money or taking money out of his family's mouth he wouldn't like but it's ok to do my family like that very very unprofessional

Stay away if at all possible! The wait is is usually a lot longer then need be as the staff is not very knowledgeable or helpful. In addition, you have to dodge the panhandlers and dope dealers out front. But without a doubt the main reason to stay away is their complete dishonesty. Take a box to this place for USPS, any box - they charge you an extra dollar (I realize a dollar is no big deal, but it's what they say next). They will tell you that they wish they didn't have to charge the dollar, but the Post Office makes them. Of course this is complete BS!

Sal, the owner is very nice! I had to do my fingerprints for an employer and Sal was efficient and friendly! It's honestly the best service I've gotten. I would recommend anyone to do their fingerprints here!

Tried to drop off 5 of our pre-paid packages and they wanted to charge me $2.00 by an older male. This is totally wrong! Unlike other mail centers they never charged me any. We are going to file a complaint to the proper authorities and are willing to ask authorities to suspend their business operations & be fined. It is not worth it for any of you to go there and drop off your mail/packages. As of 6/1/2021: State authorities has been notified and reported.

This place was surely the bests finger printing store yet! There was great customer service and everyone was talking with a smile especially the owner sal! I couldn't understand Why there were so many bad reviews. Especially that guy who was saying sal is racist and was being sensitive about people cutting in line. People have no patience! Hayawan, allah yaghfir lak.
