If you are looking for the best realtor ever, look no further!!! Maggie Ward is the best possible realtor out there. I mean this with all my heart. Maggie has integrity. She cares about her clients, is available for them, and strives hard in a way that is truly rare. Maggie helped my elderly mom sell her home after my dad passed away. That was a really emotional and scary decision for my mom. Maggie sold the house quickly with a great offer and helped my mom with literally everything relating to it. She even arranged an estate sale for her and recommended amazing movers once the house sold. She went over and beyond for my mom and made her feel comfortable. That's why when tragically, not even a year later, we didn't hesitate to choose Maggie as our realtor again when my little brother died. Maggie was such a kind and stabling force for us when we needed to sell my brother's place. She once again proved why she is amazing. She was always available to answer questions honestly and to present vital information to us along the way. She helped us to know exactly what we needed to do. She referred a cleanup team to help clear out his home for the new owner and sold his place with an offer that exceeded our expectations. Maggie is the best agent I have ever worked with and will use her again. She is knowledgeable, efficient, trustworthy, responsive and kind. She focuses on what her clients need and want and puts her commission second - it's a fact! We were out of state buyers and she helped us find the perfect home, handled all the paperwork and kept us updated at all times. We were able to come to California and move right in - it was so easy. Maggie is amazing! We needed someone with knowledge of our rural area to sell our house. She responded to us right away and was prompt and extremely helpful through every single step of our process. She had us listed in 10 days, and due to her marketing skills, our house sold immediately and above the price we wanted. We would recommend her in a heartbeat as a conscientious and expert realtor.

We decided to leave the Antelope Valley, sell our home, and move closer to our family in Ventura County. We had an excellent prior experience with Maggie Ward. Several years ago she sold our first home that we purchased in Palmdale. We reached out to her and got an immediate response. When meeting with her, she explained all the details and what to expect during the process. Her knowledge and expertise made things go smoothly. Maggie kept us informed throughout the process and was available to answer any questions as they arose. I might also add she handled details for selling the home, (such as advertisement, pictures, open house, etc ). Maggie is very impressive when she springs into action. If you are thinking of buying or selling a house, Maggie Ward gets my highest recommendation. She doesn't go an extra mile, she goes an extra 10 miles to help you through the entire process. Maggie was recommended to me by my former agent who retired and boy and I thrilled we found her! She is incredibly personable and really listened to my concerns. We moved my mom to this area that she wasn't too familiar with (neither am I since I'm not from around here). Maggie is the type of agent who won't sell you a home unless she's confident you'll be happy. Meaning you don't get the pressure vibe but she's not too relaxed to miss on a home. She listened to all my concerns, put up with me nagging her via email and phone but still didn't get annoyed. She will also give it to you straight! "Since you told me you don't like BLAH, you wouldn't be happy here". I would/have recommended her to everyone and will GLADLY use her again in a heartbeat.

We've used Maggie several times representing us as both a selling and buying agent/broker. She is fabulous! She is extremely knowledgeable, articulate, and goes over and above to help her clients. Our last house is a great example: She knew we needed to get it sold quickly because we wanted to do a 1031/like sale exchange and purchase rental property in Hawaii. As luck would have it, the tenant moved out while we were on vacation. She worked with my son to help get it on the market right away, and had it sold within a week of putting it on the MLS!!!! (While we were still on vacation!) Yes, we got a fair price for it too!!! In addition, an IRS 1031 exchange is a new process for us, and she's helped us to navigate the entire process. How would I describe Maggie? Positive! Extremely honest and professional! Resourceful! Incredibly supportive! Thank you once again for the excellent service!

Maggie recently sold our house in two days, and she made it seem as if the entire transaction went through seamlessly. She kept us informed and was always easy to reach.
