I got Rosie's information from the Cal FHA website. She was quick to get back to me and let me know all i needed. Once she went over possible programs and i got her all my info she was able to quickly get me a conditional approval, and thats were Judith came in. Once i found a home i liked Judith worked nonstop to make sure everyone and everything was getting what was needed. She answered all my questions and answered my calls at any moment i called. Judith was beyond amazing to have by my side. It means so much to me that a lender was able to work with me even when I thought homeownership in my situation was nearly impossible. Thank you Loan Depot, you truly made my son's and I dream true today!

I called Home Depot 1-800 number applied for a loan online through their portal They sold me a loan with a higher interest rate in order for me to not have to escrow taxes and insurance. Their appraisal process was horrible the first appraiser never showed and then said that since the property was larger than normal they had to charge double. After we agreed to the new rate never showed up and then said that it was not worth his time to do the appraisal. They had to get someone else to do it which was no issue. But I still got charged the more expensive rate. The closing process was a nightmare they send me six closing HUD statements via the portal for my approval. Then they had the title company changed the deed / title in order for us to go forward as I am in Florida and they are in California they did not approve the way it was done in Florida. Which caused me more money. After going to closing signing all the documents and waiting the 3 days of right of cancellation they funded the loan. At that point I was notified by my closing title company that I was going to be receiving less money and that loan Depot without my permission had changed the closing documents including the HUD they literally increase my payment gave me less money without my approval. I left messages with loandepot which they did not reply to. One of their agents called me to apologize that they had an issue had forgotten to add the flood insurance and they were escrowing it. I filed a complaint with the government agency that oversees the lending Banks loan Depot replied that my complaint was correct and that they had made an error but that the case was closed and that nothing would change. In conclusion I am paying a higher interest rate for a loan without escrows which is being escrowed and received less funds at closing. The disrespect and unprofessionalism shown by loan Depot is beyond belief Do not use them they have no idea what they're doing they will tell you anything to get you to sign the documents and then change it to what's good for them. Beware of loan Depot stay away!!

If your doing business with Loan Depot check your CD figures closely. They cheat you up front by hiding funds and kick and scream when you complain about it. Yes, they'll manipulated the numbers and kept the overage. Be careful when dealing with an organization who will steal from you. It's too late for me so buyer beware.

If you need help with your first home, go to Judith Estrella at the Palmdale branch. She was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had. I definitely recommend LoanDeopt, I know every experience is different, but with Judith, I was able to close in less than 30 days.
