The best tire and auto care company in all of Lancaster! They performed exceptional service on my vehicle. Staff was very welcoming and kind. They’re very knowledgeable with vehicles and fix the issues at hand. I’d recommend everyone to get service by them wether it’s for tires or auto care. You won’t be disappointed!

Do Not Go Here ! These people are crooks and racist .The daughter gave me a quote then charged me a MUCH higher price when I went to pick my up my car and denied everything we originally agreed on . She claimed I had attitude and charge me an “attitude fee “ and her dad moved my car into their garage and blocked my car in until I paid . Extortion at its finest . Also did not stand by their Essential person discount !
Liars and bad business owners . Stay away !!!

I have been very busy this past week and finally found the time to write a review as they went above and beyond to help me out when I found myself with a flat tire,I was on my way to an appointment when I approached the railroad tracks on Ave J and Sierra Hwy when my tire quickly went flat,I didn't know what I was going to do and then noticed their big sign Lancaster Tire & Auto Care to the right of me,I got into the right hand lane and pulled in and they came out and checked it right away,it was a piece of metal and they were able to repair it and got me on my way to my appointment,but before that I had purchased some tires at a great price and made arrangements to have them installed a day later when I had another appointment,Jeffrey said it was no problem that he could drop me off and pick me up while my tires were being put on,I made it to my appointment and when I was done my tires were finished,I highly recommend Lancaster Tire & Auto Care as they are like the old mom and pop shops back in the day where they go above and beyond to help people out,I don't believe it was coincidence that brought me there,I believe that it was God that brought me there,Thank You So Much Jeffrey & Athena

Great customer service and trusted mechanics. I came in for an oil change and general inspection and left feeling confident my car was in good hands. The waiting area was very accommodating with couches, books, t.v, water, free coffee, a restroom for customers, and even a kids area. Wait time was minimal, having me in and out in under an hour. A hidden treasure in the Antelope Valley for your cars needs. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of services and can now say confidently if you're looking for a mechanic look no further this is the place to check out.

I needed a smog check, came here to get the test done. My check engine light was on but I did not know that would give me an automatic a fail. They did the entire test, charged me, and told me it failed because the check engine light was on. They would have known right away it was on and still ran the test and charged me. I serviced my vehicle at the dealership after and everyone I told was surprised they still tested it when my light was on, as they would have noticed it right away. I was told I could come back within 10 days for a free retest. I went back and they told me the retest would be $30. I said Athena assured me it would be a free retest and the man told me I was wrong. They are liars who just want money out of you. An honest place would have seen the light was on and informed me my car wouldn’t pass until I got it serviced. I will tell everyone not to go here.Service: Smog certification
