I came in on a Saturday with my parents. My parents are senior citizens who speak little English. The women at the front desk were not the friendliest or most approachable. Most of the people were Spanish speaking senior citizens. I recommend that Labcorp hire, train or provide tools for it’s staff members to provide effective, culturally sensitive services to customers. Labcorp your front desk employees need more trading, especially training on providing customer services to a diverse community. When coming on Saturdays keep in mind that your wait time might be long. I’m so glad I went with my parents. Check-in is done on a kios and their was no signage that indicated that people should check in this way, let alone signage in other languages. The front desk staff rudely informed me that my parents had to check in on a kios. I’m disappointed with the services provided. I work in the mental health field and would never treat my patients this way. After 45 minutes of waiting, an employee who spoke Spanish came out to help customers. I will say that this made a difference. Overall, I’m disappointed with services.

Had to visit today and it's usually difficult having blood work done. But I have to say Elizabeth did my check in and blood draw and it went great. Professional, kind and helpful. My next visit I will be asking for Elizabeth!

This review is for Jarod. He was so sweet and gentle while drawing blood from my daughter. You’re the best, Jarod!

My usual lab blood sucking labpires ?Checking in is easy at the kiosk. Then you wait for the receptionist to call and she takes your paper order and or has it in the computer. Sometimes they don’t catch multiple orders so do your own due diligence and tell them every doctor you need blood for. Then you wait again for your personal labpire to call and they lead you back to their semi private lair. ?There are several ways to give a urine sample. If you are being checked for chemicals, they screen you and you only pee in a back toilet. Today I walked in, asked for a cup cause my paper order said I’d need a U/A and they gave me a cup after drawing part alphabet & part numbers on the cup. I then went across the hallway, did my thing, keeping the covered cup with me until called. No one else wants to touch you pee cup. If you know you are a difficult stick, that is they can’t find a vein most of the time, tell them. This info saves YOU and them grief. The receptionists are courteous, private and professional. If you need any help getting into the HDMG building, there are people in a dark purplish color at door and in hallways to assist or direct you along your stay. They will also assist you at the check in kiosk if you’re a dork (lol) or can’t read instructions. The lab techs are all different in personality. Some don’t talk to you, some are talkative. So don’t judge book by the cover, they all are good at drawing blood.Having blood drawn is not an activity anyone looks forward to, so have a laugh and be patient.

Our first time taking our elderly parents here . Facility is so clean . Staff are all pleasant , friendly , professional and helpful. The guy who checked my dad in was so helpful and nice , same with the lady who checked us in today too. Immediately was called in . Phlebotomist were so nice and my parents didn't feel the needle and was only stuck once . My mom said the Labcorp in LA usually will stick her 3 x. My mom was so happy. Thank you so much! We truly appreciate the staff highly recommended!

I just got my blood drawn today. Courteous and friendly service, no wait, and they don’t treat me like livestock, just processing me impersonally.

The people are wonderful and the building is easy to find. My only complaint is that if you call the number it just rings and rings and no one will ever answer. Why have a number listed if no one answers?

Went there twice. Once with an appointment and had to wait an hour. Second time they were to open at 7:00 and didn't open until 8:00.

Professional but courteous and caring, an unusual combinations these days! Very busy late afternoon rush but Jarod dealt with everyone with a smile and relaxing chatter. Phlebomomist was efficient and painless! All made what is normally an unpleasant experience VERY pleasant. I live almost 60 miles away but will be my go-to lab from now on!

Lori is absolutely AMAZING! we went to get our daughters blood drawn (who is only 2) on Friday the 16th & she was very patient and super caring towards our daughter! She was gentle and quick with the process cause it’s not so easy to do it on a little one. She has also helped us several times at the other location in Lancaster and goes above and beyond! We will continue to go back and have her help us with our little ones blood draws :)

Was really impressed! They r always very good & professional, but I saw Lori at front handle a rude, angry, yelling name calling , customer with such calm grace. Good 4 her!I went to Labcorp yesterday, 7-2-22The one near Lancaster blvd. - TIP FROM THEM: They taught me that I should be well hydrated before a blood draw. Helps tremendously if u r a hard stick!
