Is a pice a shiet place, im make a order online at 9:23am and in the app said pick up after 9:53am im trying to pick up at 1017am is no ready the staff said another 20 minutes and waiting to much in line 30 minutes im leave im buy my prescription on another place

I came to Lancaster to teach and if it wasn’t for the fact that my insurance through a pool was so high I wouldn’t have had Kaiser who is an HMO through our school district and we pay only 300 a month for an HMO opposed to 1000 a month for PPO. With that said a PPO lets you get meds at Costco which is what I have been doing for 16 years of my teaching career. Well this is my first year at Kaiser pharmacy and they are slow and obviously not happy to work there. No one smiles at you. They smile at each other (workers) that probably because they know they aren’t providing good customer service and they don’t care. I put in an order to fill a prescription at 5:30 pm on 12/29 and it said 1/2 hour. These guys don’t honor that and they took 1 1/2 hours to fill this prescription. They are very slow. I will take my hard earned money and business to Walgreens, CVS and Rite Aid as they provide better service than these guys. I will pass this info on to new teachers as well as there is no reason for this. I put in a prescription at Costco for 16 years and consistently 30 minute process time. I put this same prescription in at Kaiser online and it says 30 minutes but they make you wait 1 1/2 hours just to fill it and they you have to stand in another line that took me 1/2 hour just to stand in the pick up line to go up to a worker who is lifeless and has no emotion on their face and not happy to see you. Did someone forget to teach these people what customer service looks like in the Human Resources building. I am A teacher and my student are my customer I greet them with smiles daily and I say the teachers that don’t should be gone. Without my students I have no job! Just like a lot of these guys in this pharmacy who forget who there customers are and act like they don’t need to make us happy they need to wake up because without our customers we don’t have a job! This is the same for teachers! I hope your company improves for other people because I won’t be wasting my valuable time in a two hour wait anymore.

Honestly I don’t get why so many are so upset. The pharmacy does what they can when they can. Medications not in stock happens and it’s not their fault. You’re mad at the wrong guy. Wait times take long at times because people chose to go when they go. Again, mad at the wrong guy. I’ve been with Kaiser for yearrrsssss And I would recommend to anyone. No one is perfect. Everywhere you go there are the bad apples. EVERYWHERE. They do a good job on making sure they have little to non. ANY profession has good and bad.

Hey, techs in the pharm. Stop being lazy, do your job, and stop cancelling people's prescriptions that you're supposed to fill. Your job is to fill prescriptions and get the patients on their way. It makes the front counter crew's job harder due to your insubordinate behavior and misguided sense of self entitlement due to your severe lack of proper management. Your job is not as demanding as you might think. That is, if you even know how to think. Also, I'll give you six stars if you can get rid of Jerry.

Pharmacy staff is rude very unprofessional, and their wait times are terrible. Both check in and pick up lines are always long Kaiser do better!

This place is a joke. I think they get all the doctors that almost failed medical school or they don't care about their patients. If you stick with Kaiser you might as well give up on finding what's wrong. Cancelled appointments, no rescheduling, if it's rescheduled it takes months and then cancelled again. I have never had a pleasant experience, we are just numbers/files and $$$ to them.

They are speed and efficiency. I was told 2 hour wait for urgent care, they triaged me and had me in and out and feeling better within the hour. Love these guys

I have been coming here for years . Always great service and great attention. Today came here right away took me in to see the doctor for my toe nails .I like it because they have all your records on hand in the computer.

Horrible service, lots of hurdles to get treatment, no follow ups, lost paperwork, too many gate keepers to communicate with doctor, need to press to get anything resolved, months to get appointments, run around on telephone, no concern for patient's issues.

Summary of my recent visit: Ordered my prescription, told it would be ready after 4:38 pm. Come to pick up prescription at 4:50 pm, told it will be ready in 25 minutes. Leave at 6:45 pm without prescription.Save yourself some time and just get your prescription delivered.

HiWe're do I start.I have been with Kaiser for many years My experience they over load there doctors with patients. They don't have time to realize why I am there.I have put claims in and they get assigned to a department they dont get the facts right.One big circle. I was told by website employee, if are unhappy with Kaiser why don't you change company. Thank you
