Tried to pick up a part for my mom's furnace a Furnace Air Pressure Switch. Easy to fix; however, they refused to sell the part to me because I don't have a contractor license. They told me they don't sell to the public because they want to protect the contractors. I've purchased items from this store for years with no restrictions. Bad customer service. I'm not going to pay a contractor $500 to replace a $25 part. So it's eBay to the rescue!

I always find what I need here and I never had an issue with the staff, I know the policy so I don't find my self in situations I xant handle, will definitely frequent this location for my parts.

Waste of time. They claim that they only sell to contractors. So they sent us next door so they could get the part for me. The part costs $10 on Amazon, but they charged me $65. If it wasn't for the dire need... I would have left without the part. I will not go there again! And here I am trying to promote "shop locally for our city". Not anymore... it's not worth it.

The wanted to charge me $40 for a $9 Titan run capacitor made in China because I didn't have a contractor license, when over the phone, I clearly stated I was not a contractor, but a non license consumer.

Contractors be aware , no returns on electrical parts. I just find out, and was very disappointed.i ddid not even open that control board,came back 10 days later.

Very unhelpful. They won't even talk to you or give you pricing unless you have a contractor's license. You can tell this place is connected with local repairman and they do this to drive the prices up and inflate quoted repair costs. Guess eBay is getting my business instead!
