Talia Delgado was a godsend. I’ve struggled with my previous insurance so many times and they just wanted me to pay reinstatement fees due to their own mistakes. Peakes has been my insurance for many years. When my two daughters began driving they had the best rate for teen drivers. So I switched to Mercury through Peakes. The same with my homeowners insurance. This agency has the friendliest people working for them. They are local so I’ve never had to travel far for help or go through a maze of numbers to reach someone. I recommend them for all your insurance needs!

Words can't express how wonderful my experience was with John E. Peakes insurance agency. My agent Talia Delgado is amazing at what she does. She handled everything so smoothly and over the phone too! Talia was super respectful and kind she didn't make me feel like a bother or rushed like the previous company I dealt with. If you are looking for Mercury auto insurance I 100% recommend you applying with Talia and NOT with 'Vinsa insurance associates' Karina Fuentes was my agent there and she'd probably still be working on my application and stressing me out.You guys I NEVER write reviews but this is very deserved!
