I needed a battery for my car, the young man who helped us get a battery for was very helpful and polite. He explained everything. However we had a good laugh because my battery is located under my back seat, we had to find the right place to pull it up and out to take the seat out. He put it in and also let me know that the little black box next to the battery was the fuse box. Lot a fun. The experience taught me a lot. Thanks
