Very disappointing experience. Prior this, I’ve had positive experiences when car shopping. I reached out to this dealership about possibly getting into a new truck. I currently have a newer lease so I knew it was a long shot. Before running any kind of credit I was upfront about what I was looking for and asked about the realistic possibility of a favorable situation happening. I was honest about my credit not being the best but was reassured that they had “good relationships with the banks and they could always ask for exceptions”. Well that wasn’t the case here. I kept getting reassured and the communication was consistent. My phone was quick to send me the multiple and multiple credit checks that were done. After all this, I felt left in the dark as if I no longer had a value as a customer. Communication significantly decreased and now I feel left in the dark with this process. My issue comes from continually being assured that “they can always ask for exceptions because of the relationships with banks” and a tentative deal being done. I was upfront about my situation but also realistic about the possibility of something being done.If a customer is being honest about their situation such as credit or finances, please don’t provide false hope or say something was worked out and then leave them in the dark when they no longer appear to be an asset.

Got my Charger from Hunter Dodge and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Yousef (sales guy) was super helpful and made things quick and painless. Management was also easy to deal with. Thank you!

I was looking for a new truck and I went to this place where I met George Booton, a very good car salesman, he explained every detail of the truck, we drove it and he gave us some other options in other vehicles, he gave us the best price from all the dealers in the area and at all times he answered all our questions.
The condition of their trucks is highly recommended.
then after with Financial department, Jose is one of the best experience and one of the best, thank you very much guys.

If you buy a car from them you will get years and years of emails, texts and calls early in the morning about trading in your vehicle. You will block them, you will ask them to remove you from their list and they never will. And all of it will come from different emails, contact numbers so your blocking the number will not work

Went in to buy a Ram truck and left with the best deal! Sending all of my friends and family here. Great service from beginning to end. Never felt pressured. Amazing sales staff. The service department is quick and pleasant! Definitely worth the drive to get a great deal!

I have brought my dodger charger 2014 in for an oil leak in 2022. After 7 days of them having it, I called to get an update and they didn’t even know my car was there!! I had checked it in and everything with a service advisor! So it took them another seven days to resolve the leak. No rental was offered or discount for their lack of responsibility of not even knowing my car was there. So when I got the car home two weeks later, I was all excited and went to go wash it because it all dusty with oily fingerprints all over hood and noticed there was oil leaking all down my driveway! I was devastated and took it right back in. Apparently the leak was fixed, but they left a huge mess and the oil was spilled everywhere on bottom of my car from their service. They pressure washed it. I took it home and it was fine. Again, they offered no discount or any future free services for what they did. So again in April 2024, I took it in for a routine oil change, brought it home and the next day oil was all down my driveway again!! I took it right back and again they did a sloppy messy job left oil all over my car and they had to pressure wash it three times!! This can seize your engine!! I explained to them that this is the second time they have almost ruined my engine, so the service advisor offered a free oil change on my next service like I would ever want to bring it back there again! I asked for my money back. They gave me the money back for the oil change and still charge me for the tire rotation. Bad, bad business. So now I’m very worried about my hundred thousand mile maintenance service that my car will need in a few months! I have a warranty with them, so I have no other options. We all know if I start getting my maintenance done somewhere else Mopar will refuse my warranty Saying it’s been Maintenanced by an unauthorized dealer. We all know the game. So couple weeks ago I called to speak with a service manager because I was never able to speak with one before. They said she was busy and would call me back. She never did.. I truly don’t know what I’m gonna do at my hundred thousand mile maintenance due date! I love my Dodge car, but I have to say I would never buy a Dodge again because I can’t trust the technicians their dealership hires.

You're commercials with a Mexican girl, speaking English with such an accent I can't understand her has redirected me to buy a Chevy Silverado or ford f150. Not having it. We're in America, Spanish accent not needed

The service department here is horrid. I called because my parking brake light on my dashboard was staying on even when disengaged. They told me I didn't need an appointment to bring it in, but it would be 4-5 days for them just to diagnose it. That's ridiculous.
And I will wait for your cut and paste response like all of the other concerns in the reviews...with no change to how you do business.

I brought my car to have the crankshaft sensor replaced and I picked it up in the evening. The next day in the morning when I took my son to school I notice 3 leaks coming from my car. I then moved my car to see the liquid. They seemed to be like oil stains. I'm no expert so I called the dealership to see if that was normal after a replacement of a crankshaft sensor. I was directed to Tonaya who originally helped me. She mentioned that they didn't touched anything that could have caused a leak. I mentioned to her that my car had nothing leaking before taking it to the dealership. She told me that this was a job that was easy to performed and that it took them 45 minutes to perform the job and nothing was removed to access the cranshaft sensor. I then asked to see why I had been charged $300 when the labor cost was $220 per hour. She mentioned something that it was charged to what it shows in the books which I didn't understand but I'm not complaining for the labor that was done to my car but more that I took it to get it fixed and it came back with another problem. I told her if I could get it checked to see if something was not put correctly. She said this could not be done because without me paying an amount to diagnosed my car even though my car had no leaks before taking it. Now I feel cheated because now I know I was over charged and they left it with another problem that it didn't have in the first place. I'm am very disappointed in how this this was handle. I know have to take it somewhere else to have them find where the leak is coming from.

Save yourself a huge headache and skip this car place!! I've lived here since 1975 and bought many cars and never experienced this terrible service, and over all experience. My 31 yr. old daughter bought a $16,000 jeep there. First it was missing a front light. She was pulled over the first night she had it. By the 5'th day the car was shaking and making noises. She took it to a mechanic who hooked it up and said it was going to catch fire and not to drive it. They told her to have it towed to the car lot. She got the car to the car lot and Jordan asked her, 'So, what do you want us to do"?. My daughter had literally purchased ALL of the warranties. They treated her like she was an Idiot and told her to leave. They said they would get her an uber. She was confused as to why they couldn't just fix it. They called the next morning and told her they were going to void the loan and she wouldn't be buying the jeep. So, now she has no jeep and they don't want to sell her another vehicle. I have never heard of such a thing. Customer Service isn't this car lot's expertise!! Oh and for the record when they changed the front light they put the wrong color in and so she has two lights different colors. They clearly didn't check this car out before they sold it to her. They were also very rude to her and laughing thinking it was some kind of joke. She has a six year old son who drives with her. They knew that car had issues when they sold it to her. The right thing to do would have been to give her a car of the same or greater value that she was happy with. This would have been a good review here. But they DO NOT care about customer service! That is a FACT.

I brought my van in for a check engine light after the mechanic that I used replaced the spark plugs and advised me that Chrysler Pacificas are known for early engine failure. He recommended I take it to a dealer. At Hunter, they confirmed that at 75,000 miles, I needed a total engine replacement. They accused me of not performing routine maintenance on the van, I offered to show them my records and they declined to look at them. It took two months for me to get my van back. I didn't decline any services or parts they recommended and I spent over $12,000. They also did a coolant flush, oil change, and multi-point inspection.
Now, 3,000 miles and three months later, my engine failed. I had to get my van towed to a different, closer dealership. When I called Hunter to tell them, they said "parts fail." I emailed them for my records, no response. I emailed the manager about the situation, no response. My van is leaking both coolant and oil and the fuel injector is bad. I've been quoted over $2800 in repairs TO START at the other Chrysler dealership who is not honoring my 2-year Chrysler warranty on the engine, even though Hunter assured me they would. I would never recommend purchasing a Chrysler. I regret spending the $12,000 daily and am considering taking them to court. I am a single mother of two young children and now have to also pay for a rental car while fighting with a different dealership over my warranty.

I regret buying my truck from the dealer. I had really bad experience since the sells person all the way to the managers and the person that does your contract, I bought extended warranty at that time and they didn’t explain to me all the details and co-pays so I decide to go back and cancel, every time I will call and ask for the person they would tell me that he wasn’t there, another time that he was sick another time that he was in vacation. It was always something giving me the runaround, finally went in person to the dealer and put a complaining someone was able to help me , also a month later I realize that my truck didn’t have the tire replace kit so I called the dealer and apparently they said that probably someone took it that they were going to give me one so it’s been almost 2 months since they haven’t even give me a good reason, they always tell me something else Now I got one of the person called me saying that since I didn’t buy the truck from Ram , they say I have to go back to Hunter dealer when they told me the same dealer running by the same owner and then not to worry about it, that they were going to help me so sad spending so much money on the truck and at the end of the day early this week that person called me telling me that they weren’t gonna be able to help me to get the tire replacement kit. Unbelievable pay more than $77,000 for a truck that doesn’t have the kit replace tire replacement is unbelievable. Is so sad they are only nice to you when they want to sell you car and ones is sold they ignore you, what is worse is the even the manager give bad attitude when you complain, never go back there again.
