“I’ve been on a business trip in Lancaster for four months now, and this week I stayed here.
I regret not discovering such a great hotel sooner.
Every staff member is truly kind, offering hospitality you won’t experience anywhere else.
The condition of the hotel room is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious.
All seven of my colleagues were so impressed that we decided to stay here again next week, and from now on, whenever we come to Lancaster, this will be our choice.
For the past four months, I’ve stayed at other hotels nearby, but none were as perfect as this one.
The hospitality from Lorena, the hotel director, was the warmest and kindest I’ve ever experienced in my time living in the U.S.

“Amenities were phenomenal (i.e., inside and outside lounge, nice bbq grill, pool, etc), check in service was outstanding (upgraded to suit with status), breakfast was good with tea and coffee provided 24/7, and rooms were large but a little dated”

“I've spent a lot of time at this hotel this summer, and the rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The kitchette is a very nice feature, with a full-size refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. I do wish they had a few more cooking utensils, but I make do with what's there. The kitchen knife they supply is often extremely dull, but I carry a sharpener anyway, so it's not a big deal. The beds are comfortable, and the showers generally have decent pressure. My biggest complaint is the breakfast. It's almost always the same thing day after day: what I suspect is powdered eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes. Every so often, there are omelets and maple sausage bites, but not once have I seen bacon. The orange juice is more often than not just orange colored water. The fruit available is usually just red delicious apples. Occasionally, if you're lucky, there will be a banana. But over all, I do enjoy staying here, and my complaints are actually quite minimal, and I appreciate that there is things like utensils and breakfast available.”

“My stay was March-16-2024 3:30-4:00pm, from the moment we entered the lobby they were very friendly, excellent treatment, they spoke to us in Spanish, first class service, the hotel has a very delicious continental breakfast by the way, everything very very good, thank you very much for such a pleasant experience.Rooms: Very clean, with everything you need for a good stay, excellent in everything, thank you very much”
“I was so surprised how nice it was. Microwave, fridge, coffee maker and great TV. The room was very spacious, bed was awesome and the tub it was a huge Jacuzzi tub (the jets didn't work) but it was nice and clean and I would for sure stay there again. For a cheeper option it was awesome. I've stayed at the Red Roof motel and it was more expensive and it was a dump. The town house motel is my recommendation.”
