If you want to see what exceptional customer service looks like, be sure to take your Honda to Talia Lamb at Lancaster Honda’s service department for all its service needs! Talia went above and beyond for our CR-V’s 2 diagnoses, 1 of which required a return visit due to a backordered part. She is extremely knowledgeable about service contracts and even got approval for suspension repairs presented to us years ago by previous technicians and advisors there which we didn’t think would be covered (and were originally quoted out of pocket for). We were blown away by this great news and Talia’s going the extra mile to determine coverage. Talia’s communication is also excellent. She kept us informed every step of the way for both visits, closely monitoring the status of the backordered part and reaching out as soon as it arrived. She was up-front about delays due to technician trainings and vacations, scheduling us on a date after they would have had time to catch up. This meant bringing the car back a little later than the part’s arrival but greatly reducing the time it would be in the shop, something that is very appreciated. Even when they were down to 2 service advisors at times, Talia maintained her positive demeanor and professionalism. These experiences with Talia have secured a customer for life.
Shout out to their manager, Cody Broderick, as well. His upstanding character and down-to-earth nature make him an asset to their service department.

I got my car here a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t recommend them enough. If you’re interested ask for Nathan!! He was wonderful, not pushy at all like some salesman could be. He definitely just wanted to help me find the best car to suit my needs and gave his personal opinion while still respecting my wants. 100/10 great guy- I would definitely go to him again for anything else in the future. My parents also bought a car from this location About a year ago from Juan and they spoke so highly of him. When they met me to get my car Juan recognized them and they went back and forth. I know they were super happy with Juan as well. 100% recommend Juan and Nathan!!

It was perfect- from the moment I went in to the point I drove out of there with my new Honda Civic. Sales person Amir is awesome, manager Pedro is great, finance person Adam is on top of his game. My service manager Talia is perfect!

I came here to check around look around to see if I was going to get help but thankfully I was able to get helped by Clive and Peter they made my day smooth as possible I feel good with the knowledge Clive have provided me with the car and the info if one of my family members needed help and trying to obtain a car I will send them straight for with Mr Clive and hope that if Peter was around they will get the same side effects that I receive doing the transaction for a car I am happy with the car I got and I look forward to come here again and I will recommend my family and friends to come directly 2 Mr Clive Mr Peter thank you once again

Yeah I had a piece of junk use 2018 Chevy Equinox had nothing but problems with it so I just went and picked me up a Honda Toyota dealer don't want to make a deal with me so I had to go a different route and I did wish I could have brought my payments to 430 a month like the other car but I'm paying $460 a month now but at least I have a vehicle I won't have any issues with it brand spanking new so if you ever want to get a vehicle go check out the Hondas.

Excellent customer service. It was fast convenience. We discussed the numbers for the lease On the phone and by text and the were exactly at the end of the signing so I’m very happy with my purchase is a brand new Honda Civic hatchback 2024.
