I had a great experience, there was 2 employees who had helped me throughout the process a women and a man they both communicated well and provided great customer service which I appreciated since I had to extend my rental a few times. Thank you both!

They don't respect your time... Opens at 8(ish). They don't show up until 5 past. You don't get your 8:00 reservation until 8:45.

Have entrusted this specific location for my business needs and trips for leisure for the past 2+ years. Always is the team and Manager professional and knowledgeable. Great selection of vehicles and ease of check in/out process is always superb. Thank you so much everyone for always ensuring I’m taking care of. You’re all gems and I truly appreciate all that you do and continue to do.

This is absolutely infuriating! I had to endure a mind-numbing 20 minutes on hold to let them know that I was ready to be picked up from the shop, but their incompetence reached new heights when they sent the driver to the wrong address, forcing me to call again. On my arrival I was told my car options because the car I requested was not available, I called yesterday to confirmed and I was reassured the car was available and it would be ready on my arrival, I had to settle for whatever was available. I've been waiting for an hour for my car to arrive from Palmdale! This level of inefficiency is inexcusable, I rented the car through AAA a solid company, but since they are the ones who recommend Hertz I hold them part responsible for the bad customer experience. I do not recommend this place, do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

I would recommend them to nobody. They have no type of respect they sit there and have people come there and eat. I was there this morning to tell me to come back and then when I get back, they tell me all your debit card was declined because of credit when the fuck you start checking credit for a damn rental

I have rented from Hertz many times using my Chime card. Chime has two programs they offer, a prepaid card and checking and savings account for people who have an approved monthly deposit. I have the latter. This was my first time at this location and they refused to rent to me because they kept insisting my card was prepaid, again, its not.I tried to explain that I used this same card a million times at Hertz and the difference between the two Chime accounts but was cut off while speaking multiple times.Their mind was made up so they couldn't hear me.No solutions were offered and the manager was adamant in refusing to help me or investigate what I was saying. She wouldn't even try to run the card (something about the hold being different?) Which is not true because the money has be taken out "normally" EVERY OTHER TIME I've rented and extended a vehicle through Hertz.This whole interaction was a waste of time and money.You may not have a problem with your card but should definitely take note of the lack of sympathy, lack of solutions, and lack of care they showed me. Customer service is SEVERELY lacking at this location and you should think twice before booking here.You were warned.Kathryn

So, Hertz as a corporation will never get another rental from us. This location is SUPER shady. We literally got a rental to drive it to drop our car off at the shop and go home. Only made one stop and then it sat in our driveway till the next day when we returned it. The super rude woman who worked at this location... ignored me when I came in, pranced over to the car like she was on parade and then after her "inspection" tried to charge a pet cleaning fee for a few dog hairs that were loose on the backseat (we have a Husky type doggo and he's been shedding but he never rode in the car). She tried to say they were "embedded" in the seat and suggested we drive it somewhere else and vacuum it out (even though there was a vacuum sitting right by the rental car. Then when I gentle swept the hair off with my palm (definitely not embedded) and asked to see a manager ... she claimed to be the manager and refused to let us speak with her supervisor. But, to top it off... it was a lot of work to even talk to a human for customer service through Hertz corporate number and they promised to call us back and never did. Moral of the story... they don't care if you have a bad experience, they won't try and make it right and you might get scammed by their staff. Oh and they purposely didn't take a photo of a dent that was underneath the car / which was super fishy too... like they were waiting to pin it on someone who didn't get the insurance. Gross stuff.

Poor customer service I made reservation I got there and they tried to give me a car with change oil light on and they said you have a couple of miles left to drive. They said that was the only suv take it or leave it or wait for another suv to be cleaned. So I had to take it dirty because I was running late. Horrible they need to be trained again.

I hate this place. They lied & put additional charges on my card and would not refund it. They just make excuses and offer poor customer service ! Please beware
