Amazing place to work. Great doctors, with caring MAs. Referral turn around time is great, they are really on it as soon as the requests come in.

Appointment was originally for 4:00 PM. They called me to move me up sooner. I had an appointment at 12:40. It is now 1:20 PM and I still have not been seen but can hear staff talking with the doctor and joking around while I’m waiting to be seen. And there is no patients here. Incompetent, unprofessional and disappointing this is why I only go to the Sierra medical in Valencia.

These people are professional frauds. They will charge you for services they did not render then mail you odd threats in the mail. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have unfortunately been a medical group since 2009 when I relocated to the AV from LA. The doctors are not empathetic, over booked and could really care less about delivering high quality patient care. The front desk nurses/medical assistants are rude and should really find another job where they don't have to deal with patients.Now...I will admit not all my experiences have been bad, when doctors are booked out months in advance I have seen some great, caring and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioners! They have discovered more about my health than over these last 10 years that my own Primary Care Doctor! They really take the time to find out the root cause of your issue and follow up better than the nurses do!I could go on and on about all the poor service experiences I've had here and tell you don't waste your time or money here but I know for many there are no other options in the AV. So make sure you bring your patience with you if you need to be serviced here.

While waiting for my turn for blood work I heard the doctors and nurses there talking so loudly about other patients and cursing about them. I have never felt so uncomfortable and honestly bad for the patients they were talking about. Never going back there. Extremely unprofessional.

Should be called CLUSTER-FUCK medical group! Left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. Dealing with them is like watch an episode of 3's company (for you old-timers). Nothing but miscommunications, no return calls, and slow response. Been with them 7 months and am totally regretting my switch! If I can switch back to old group I will. I was with them for 9 years without a single problem. Had to switch because of a Dr I wanted. BIG mistake. Do yourself a favor don't choose them if at all possible!

This office is trash, especially back office staff. Poorly trained old hags who are embedded in the office the same as old furniture you just don't throw out. (Time for a yard sale). They ignore you, your calls and your requests until you talk crap or make a complaint, then they make you out to be the problem. This place has went to garbage over the years, even the doctors have caved to bureaucracy over patient care. They actually filed a complaint against me for not having my mask over my nose, and now we know that that science was all garbage. You know what they say you go woke you go broke. Run from this place don't walk... run!

After 10 years with this office I can say I'm truly done. This office has went down hill progressively. The poorly trained staff (front and eapecially back), along with dismissive doctors who only care about getting paid over patient care was enough gor me to cut the cord finally. Trust me...run from this place.

The absolute worst. Me and my children have been patients for over 10years and to satthis place has gone down in every aspect is a gross understatement. The office staff is beyond unprofessional and needs to be properly trained. It is a business, and that is how you should expect to be treated. You are nothing more tha a billing party to them. We are switching doctors office, and i a advise you to do the same. Just lookay all the reviews, and their rating. It's sad because it used to be a great office. They obviously made some bad hiring choices.

The absolute worst staffed doctors office I have ever been to. Rude, obnoxious, and poorly trained is what describes my visit. I have already informed my insurance company and asked for another office, this place needs to be shutdown. Don't walk away from this place, run!

My review is too long to post but essentially my childrens vaccine records were not transferred over correctly when they input it from their previous doctor, Dr. Odunusi does not believe in medicine and chose to try and intimidate me for a mistake him and his nurse made, the nurse for Dr. Ernest refused to see me for a same day appointment when I was in the office for another visit for one of my children and the receptionist Jayna will violate HIPPA so please don’t check in with her.

First I would like to start with adding in the background information being that I was with Herritage Sierra Medical Group when I was about 15-20 while it was still just Sierra Medical Group. I am now 26 and just returned back last year, 2021, with also my very young children (6 months & 2 years old at the time). I got their immunization records before their appointment as they requested. They both had their check up appointments together with Dr. Odunusi. My son had his 6 month and my daughter had her 3 year check up, even though she was barely 2 1/2 years old at the time. This was at the Lancaster office and the staff seemed to be very adequate and eager to help. The nurse was very kind as well. I requested my son get Tylenol before the required vaccines and the nurse went looking but stated they were "out of stock". There is a medical history of fever seizures on my side so I do try to be as ahead of it as possible. At the end of the appointment the nurse and Dr. Odunusi stated I would not have to return until my son is 1 years old and my daughter for her 4 year check up. I questioned it because I recollected I had several check ups before my daughter turned 1, and it seemed pretty far stretched for my son. They both reassured me that was the correct timeline. Right before my son turned 1 years old he got sick and began running a fever. The staff forwarded me to Dr. Odunusi's nurses phone line where I left a voicemail. Given the medical history, I began to worry when hours went by with no returned phone calls. I called again and spoke with member services where they advised me they could "task" the nurse with my request and it would need to be done by the end of business. By now, I had become a google mom and dosed my 11-month son based on what I could find online. I never received a call back from the nurse. I ended up doing a phone appointment with Dr. Odunusi because my son was not getting better. When his nurse contacted me for the virtual "check-in" l was frustrated and told her I left her a voicemail days ago with no call back for the dosage for him. She said she "didn't have access to her voicemails", which was unbelievable in my opinion. Once I spoke with Dr. Odunusi he advised me to take my son to the hospital for a chest x-ray to make sure it wasn't bronchitis or pneumonia. I asked about their urgent care and he stated over the phone their urgent care was "not equipped" for a baby of his age. I began to feel uneasy about everything that surrounded my son and his lack of a healthcare provider. I reached out to the office manager Laura Moss and of course, no return phone call. After my son turned 1, I scheduled his check-up as well as a physical for myself. This time I scheduled it in the Palmdale office. When I arrived my sons appointment was first, and mine followed after about 40-45 minutes if I remember correctly. I was very vocal with reminding the front staff my son and I both had appointments that day, they acknowledged it well. Once I took my son back I asked the nurse for Tylenol and she stated she couldn't because Dr. Odunusi does not recommend it. Then, when the Dr. Odunusi finally came in he was very rude. He asked why I hadn't brought my son in sooner, that he is now extremely behind on his shots. Then he asked if I feed him. Very blunt and very rude. My son eats non stop but is also extremely active, and Dr. Odunusi did not inquire about his exercise. He stated my son was "extremely underweight" but it was only 1 pound. Then he said my son is going to need a lot of shots today and need to come in every month for the next couple of MONTHS to catch up. I felt completely shocked and as if I let my son down. Mind you I am a stay at home mom. My life revolves around my children. It was then I made up my mind to switch their PCP again. The nurse came and administered the shots that left lumps in his legs for almost a month. Then when she was almost done I asked if I needed to go to the front to check in for my appo
