I used this facility once in 04/202 because was listed as HMO with my insurance. Since then iI am constanytly herassed to pay the bill.I asked for more information to the rude billing department but they refuse to provide any prove about insurance rejection.Don`t use these crooked business

Profesional Extorsion. I am herassed with a illegal bill since my visit two years ago. Billing department is rude beyond horrible and refuse to send me any information.
