Very helpful. I saw the warehouse. It is extremely organized. I was also able to get advice without feeling rushed. I even ask my mechanic to use their parts.

Talk about 1 hand NOT knowing what the other hand is doing, this place is the epitome of that expression!! My son called about availability of a part. Store did not have the part in stock, "No problem, we can pick it up when the driver goes in the morning.." Store policy usually wants payment up front but, less than $20, no problem. Part will be in by 11am. I go in to pick up part, cashier guy said the item not in store, order not in computer, I didn't know who my son talked to and the cashier guy didn't bother to ask if anyone else had spoke with my son but, since I didn't have a receipt, I could prepay and he would "be happy to order the part". So, I did and off I went. I couldn't be more than 2 miles away when John, from H&H, called and wanted to know if I was going to pick up the part. Told him I was just there & what had happened, "AHH, they should have asked someone, I was in the back." Told him I could turn around & be back in 10 minutes. John asked if I could wait 1 hour to come back cause he had to go to lunch. So I waited the hour to go get my part. Once I got there, I was told "I'm sorry, we picked up the wrong part." Now, I can prepay & order the correct part, the part will be here tomorrow by 11am or, I can drive down to Arleta and pick the part up, myself. Why wasn't I told this 2 1/2 hours ago? Why wasn't my son told the part was in Arleta last night when he called?
All this wasted time and a totally pissed off customer, just so the store could make a $11.99 + tax sale?
