I do not recommend this place to anyone ! I was highly disappointed and never will I be back.. I've spend thousands of dollars and been a loyal customer for years. I bought a defective headset and 20 minutes after purchasing it. I tried to return it and they wouldn't replace it or give me my money back. They told me I had to wait a week to get a new headset delivered. it wouldn't have been an issue. If the manager Sarah didn't come out and give me attitude and didn't even try to help me

This was horribleMy son bought 2 games and got one free which is madden 21 but that same day the game was not working so I returned it the next day and they gave me madden 23 but that didn't work either s I he wants to return it and get a different game tomorrow

I had an online problem where my cyber monday purchases, were confirmed for purchased than cancel due to system error. Corporate couldn't do much for me which is a failure on their behalf. But the manager at this location opted to honor the prices next day in store. I was able to pick up my games at the price advertised. Thanks again.

Terrible service i came to this location at 8:17pm almost an hour before closing time(9pm) and when i arrived i see everything closed up but there's a worker inside so i call to see if there still open ( it's literally almost an hour before being closed) the lady watched the phone ring and didn't answer. If i was the owner i would fire those workers because they're ruining the reputation of the store
