Fred loyal is a scam they always find a way to get more money out of you been with them for about two years the first thing they did was make my monthly payments on the 26 of month which is the end of month i always had to pay a late fee i explained to them that i only get paid once a month they did not care they told me I should try to pay twice in one month, then I had uninsured motors somebody hit my car from behind and it took them 6 months for them to pay me lucky my car was still driveable my insurance due date is on the 6 they canceled it on 10 they said since I had to renew it I don't get a grace period and I have to pay extra just reinstate my Insurance.

This review is specifically for Laura at this office. I didn't realize the headache of auto insurance in California currently. Every other provider has at least a 2 week wait. I purchased a car and needed insurance ASAP. Laura worked with me and the dealer to get this car insured same day. I am very lucky I called her. She was very helpful and got everything done timely.

Worst insurance place they always are confused and don't know wat they are talking about and it seems depending on who u talk to the policy's change. They can never give u information that is ok with everyone that works at location. I have talk to other reps from different branches and they seem to all the correct info and are able to help u easy. But this branch doesn't have anything together

Ditched this company for a better one Would give it no stars if I could this insurance was ridiculous expensive glad I left the staff syari & Antonia at Lancaster lied about rates & promos as well. The other thing that was really annoying is the constant calls & texts like 10 days way before your due date is it’s annoying

Maria has a very bad attitude unprofessional and they care if you have to take off work they want you to come in for everything I cancelled my policy AAA is cheaper
