If you're seeking care where they will listen to your concerns, try to help you, and treat you with dignity, then go somewhere else. DR LAVIAN completely dismissed all my concerns, talked to me rudely, and sent me home. The WORST treatment I have ever received. It's an awful feeling being scammed and especially from a place you seek for help and comfort at such a vulnerable state. Very disappointing. Drove myself to a different urgent care with better service. I will never be back & making sure people will stay far away.

This is a great urgent care facility, the girls behind the counter are sweet and very helpful, Dr Lavian is a professional that has made me comfortable every time I visit, doesn't try to sell me on something I don't need, quick turn around and about as easy and comforting as it gets. I highly recommend his practice.

I scheduled an appointment for a TB test for Friday of last week.. They called me an hour before my scheduled time to tell me the nurse in charge of the testing was in a meeting an unable to take me for my scheduled appointment.I rescheduled for the following Monday. After I signed in I was told that there wasn't enough supply for the TB test and they are trying to get enough. After about 10 minutes of waiting they came out and said "we apologize that we didn't call you to tell you we can't do the test, we can schedule you for another day."Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

I just moved here from MS and was struggling to make a decision on where to go to get my medications filled. I'm so glad I ended up here! Dr Lavian was so kind and made me feel right at home. He asked multiple questions about how I am feeling and getting along here in California. It seems he really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone! The receptionists were kind as well and answered all my questions without any issues!

Dr. Lavian is truly the BEST Dr. he is kind, attentive , knowledgeable and caring. He made me feel so safe and at ease, he is extremely gentle and makes sure you are comfortable and answers all your questions in a calm manner. My family has been going to Dr. Lavian for over 20 years , his years of experience speaks volumes about his expertise. Thank you Dr Lavian for all that you do.

I had what is called a pilonidal cyst, which is an ingrown hair right between your butt cheeks, 2nd time having it and this time I chose to go with Dr Lavian. Nervously checked in and was seen by the Doctor immediately. He was so kind and attentive made me feel welcome and safe. Within an hour he made two incisions and drained it all out then packing it for it to heal from the inside. Given the location of the cyst it was quite painful but I could tell Dr Lavian did everything in his and medicines ability to make the procedure not so bad. Went for a follow up visit which made me feel so much more relieved from all my pain. Dr Lavian is truly amazing, caring and kind. Thank you Dr Lavian!

Great office and great staff,especially Jennifer.This is my go to office for my birth control. I've been with them for quite sometime. Jennifer is always so sweet and helpful. She's always there to hear me out. Issues with insurance,pharmacy,appt.?You name it. She's always there to answer my questions. I highly recommend this place they will get u in and out real fast.Evelin A.

I was disappointed with one of the young doctors, she could not figure out was wrong with me, She kept stepping out for help, This Clinic needs Real doctors with Experience. For 65.00 dollars and no answer WOW. KEEP YOUR MONEY

I found this clinic since it was near my home and decided to give it shot. They mostly consist of Physicals and STD testing. At first glance the clinic seemed a little small so i could tell its family orientated which is nice. The 2 assisstants were very charming and pleasant to talk too and very polite. I was seen in a reasonable time manner for a walkin with no appointment. Blood draw was smooth and easy and i was put into a room waiting for the doctor. I was seen by Denise and she was truly interested about me and if i had any questions during my visit, made me feel important knowing my health was a priority to her. I highly recommend this clinic for those in need of check up or treatment!

The doctor is an unprofessional and rud he needs to get in touch with his stuff and clients they don't treat you with respect this office is not like the old style they don't care about people just money they don't keep a schedule the doctor comes in when ever just like the stuff.they both drive street racers. If you liked the fast and furious this is your clinic. he is too young he needs to learn from an older and more experie.nce doctor. Don't come here. this office is run by children.they say open at 9am but don't come in till 10:00am don't waste your time they won't be open.trust me children are running this office this should be a mechanic shop. If any one would like to report this place to the authoritys please be my guest
