Fedex driver lied to us.Said he tried to make a delivery. And we had no delivery., we have security cameras. Not one of the cameras showed any intrusion. FEDEX DRIVER LIED !

If only I could give NEGATIVE STAR I would. They have not done this once, but twice, thrice, 4th and this time again. Even if its signature required they will still deliver it to the wrong address. At least they are consistent of not doing their JOB correctly. No empathy from the supervisor. Last time we went there the supervisor didn’t even want to face me but she came out to assist someone else. I wasn’t even hysterical, I was even polite but she’ll give you attitude that you don’t even exist in front of her. Slow clap for you sweetheart for doing your job.?? You only choose who you want to face and assist. It was this guy who assisted me and made sure to have the driver retrieve our package and have it delivered to us. Until we decided to go home and timely we saw the fed ex driver retrieve the package WITHOUT apologizing for the trouble that he delivered it to the wrong door. Is it hard nowadays to man up to their mistakes in well obviously it was their mistake? Or maybe they got tired of apologizing because they do this on a daily basis. And it’s part of their jobs to deliver packages to the wrong addresses. We don’t know.

Such a nightmare to deal with this guys. Without even attempting to deliver they delay my package already twice- when I was at home all day. Now I have to wait another business day just to receive "attempted, customer is not available" email. Careless, unprofessional, bad customer service.

I wouldn't have been at that place if FedEx would have held up there end of the job they were hired to do. Encompetent is exactly how to Describe FedEx delivery drivers. They never attempted to deliver the package to the address on package. I had to drive 18 miles one way to go pickup the package. Unexceptable!
