I love going to this location. The cute little blonde girl is so funny and very welcoming and kind! I only go to this fed ex because of her great attitude and service. It's a breath of fresh air.

Allen and Cheryl helped me out when I was at a standstill getting some minute items printed for a school reunion. I wanted to use a few sheets of my own paper to print some last minute name tags, 60 copies of a booklet for the reunion and a print to go in a frame. Allen told me it was no problem to bring my own stock to print using their printer. Cheryl printed the copies of the booklet after having me approve a sample. They had a nice resume paper for the item I wanted to print for a frame. They had everything I needed. Cheryl and Allen were friendly and knowledgeable about how to accomplish what I needed done.Cheryl even told me about getting discounted prices on banners made for special events at their location. I highly recommend them for your printing needs.BTW... Staples across the street from this location would not let me use my own card stock for the name tags, I couldn't buy just one sheet of resume paper and the print job could be picked up the next day.When you have an uncomplicated print or copy job I highly recommend you not waste your time and go directly to this the FedEx location instead.

I cannot say enough good things about Cheryl! She took the time to make sure that my hastily prepped package was correctly protected, definitely went above and beyond with the customer service!

Excellent services handled my package with care as I was going to ship it out for Christmas they could see how much I was going to send a painting and they packed it like it was a masterpiece. I really appreciate them being so attentive to all the customers around them.

My drop-off to this print and ship center was very quick and easy. Located near the middle of the front of the store. They used the small broken-down box I brought, printed and attached the label, and I was out in less than 5 minutes.

I walked in knowing what I needed but having no idea how to do it. Cheryl and Allen both greeted me and Cheryl quickly began to help me figure out how to get my booklets printed because I wanted a certain color and type. Allen handled my order and together they complemented each other well in the work they did and made such a wonderful team in getting my order done. Everything with this process of laying my dear aunt to rest has been difficult but they made this portion so easy on me. For that, I and forever grateful to have met them. If they can see this message, thank you again for your kindness, patience, and knowledge. You are truly appreciated.

I needed very important documents printed out so I could overnight the documents back to meet a next day deadline. I uploaded the documents online and got a code to use once I got to the store. I had never done this before, had no idea what I was doing. Once I got to the store Cheryl was there to assist me. She directed me on how to print and pay for my copies. I also had a prepaid FedEx envelope to put these documents in to overnight. With Cheryl's help I was able to get these documents returned on time. She was very helpful, professional, and cheerful. She made my day better with her positive attitude! Thank you for making my day!

Went into FedEx to make a copy for my Passport application. Allen helped me out and was very knowledgeable about the passport application process and fixed mine and my husband doubled sided application as they have to be single sided. He was a very big help! Thanks again Allen!

FedEx is late to everything… even opening their own store… they have a sign posted saying they would be back at 4:00. We got in line AT 4:00, and now it’s 4:13. The line is crazy and they still aren’t open…

This was my first time using the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, as I normally use the other FedEx office on k-6, but I actually really liked it. It's not a large FedEx office, and it's located inside of a Walmart, but woman working was friendly and intelligent and handled my item with tear. Just like the other FedEx she let me know when the item should be arriving Irish destination it was easy to do. What I like about this FedEx more specifically for the signs that displayed options for having things like posters and business cards and Banners printed and the fact that they give you access to a computer there where you can sign into your own FedEx account if you have one, and print the label right there knowing exactly what it weighs because they have a scale. You're also able to do other things that they offer like designing your business cards or posters or banners, etcetera. I would definitely go here again since it saves me time with shopping since I'm already at a Walmart Supercenter that sells most items that I need. So friendly service, Quick Service, and a great location. I definitely recommend it.
