Called this number a few minutes ago and the woman answered the phone and did they don't do urgent care services only orthopedic. Google needs to correct this listing. It is misleading. She directed me to a different business

My wife got covid-19 she calls them. who ever she talk to gave her all kinds of run around. it's like they were discourging her not to come in. thank god for the base hospital. as soon as she call the base hospital she go imitated help with the proper meds to take care her condition

SCAM ALERT!!This place tried to overcharge me upwards of $200 when my co-pay is $35 for urgent care. It would've been more had they not given me the "break" for lowering the charge from a specialist visit ($70) even though I was there for the urgent care. If a specialist runs an urgent care facility, he can't charge a specialist office visit if someone is seeking urgent care. Secondly, it is not common practice to collect a portion of one's deductible (as they tried to do). How many others, who weren't insurance savvy, have fallen victim to this scam? It is unfortunate that this is Blue Shield's only urgent care facility in the AV. I have reported them to Blue Shield and as a result will be switching to another insurance provider. God forbid another accident occurs, but if it did, I don't want to drive 45 min away for care.

Took a fall, messed up my hand and rib cage area. They were all so very nice and kind. Saw the Dr. and took some xray. He explained things in wonderful detail.They have a great crew. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again.

Their website reads open until 6 on Mondays but when I arrived at 2pm on a normal Monday I was told they had no urgent care doctor available. They should either specify urgent care hours or make sure they’re fully staffed.

Dr. Lenaburg and his staff were very helpful. You can tell they care. The office and patient rooms were very clean and comfortable. The doctor even let me know about Good Rx which saved me money at the pharmacy. I also took his advice on preventative care. I'm a cash paying customer, with no insurance, my visit was for urgent care and I paid $80

Literally been sitting here for 2 hours waiting on a drug test when there has only been 2 other people here the entire time.. never in my life have I had to wait so long for something as simple and quick as a urine test... smh. If you have an option to take your drug test elsewhere I would highly advise it or your gonna be waiting awhile.

I never came in I called to get titers done since their name came up on my health insurance website of approved facilities I can visit and the receptionist that answered said my insurance will not cover this service even though I already confirmed they do cover it. Very sketchy

Horrible!!! One patient waiting ahead of me. 45 minutes later I see all the staff leaving for lunch and asked the one staff member remaining if lunch would affect my wait time before seeing the PA or doc to which she said "no" yet 50 minutes later with no further communication I got up asked for my ID, insurance cards back and all paperwork to be shredded. She all of a sudden said oh I was just about to take you back to a room...I said no because that would mean another wait until staff returned. Terrible!!! Office looked dirty, cluttered and messy which should have been my 1st clue
