The wait says 45 min online. It's actually 4 hours. We waited in the chairs inside for 1.5 hours while they called 100 Bs and 4 Gs, which we were. Watched about a hundred people go before me that got there after me. Then when it came time to take the permit test they told us to go home and come back tomorrow. Even though the website said testing can't be started after 4:30 and it was 4:18. The testing people were literally sitting on their butts for the 1.5 hours we waited in chairs. Lazy. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Wow, never do I expect such ease and quickness by visiting the kiosk. Super easy and I was out in less than 3 minutes. Recommend going here if you already have your renewal letter instead of waiting forever at the dmv lines
