“The loss and prevention guy in front is a big jerk and has no idea what customer service is. They should say hello welcome to our store. No, instead they jump on female customers for bringing a purse in and telling you that you can't open it inside there store. You feel uncomfortable from the first step inside. Even Ross has better customer service.”
“I have been coming to this location since December 26, 2023, they welcome their customers in, and they thank me for purchasing my items. I went today with my husband to buy some stuff for the house, ? they are always willing to help me out for what I need. They help looking for an item, they know my husband, and me very well because they welcome us in by our names. I'm very happy to be coming to this location because they always have what I need for the house, ? I have been to one other location, but I didn't like it. I rather continue to come here, and for this reason why I give them 5 stars, ✨ I hope this helps, and I have no complaints.”
“We started shopping there when our kids were in grade school, probably 20 years ago. They still are jammed full of numerous colors and sizes in a huge variety of all kinds of clothing. I was glad to have them customize a t-shirt for me. All all cotton t-shirt! We will be back there again. Too bad I'd forgotten about them for so long! The customization was new to me. They did a nice job! Eager to see what the recipient will say about it at Christmas time.”
“This particular Big lots is always full of good deals great furniture and friendly staff what more could you ask for.They mark down I feel more than others and I appreciate that. They always let you know when the good deals are coming up and sales etc.”
“This store is up the street from my daughter's house, I usually go to the 99 ct store but they don't carry everything like the family dollar...im actually about to go there when they open at 8 for tissue, soap powder etc. The store is always clean and the customer service is great! “Good finds but, you have to be there when they are put out because otherwise you miss out. Pretty good selection in the arts and crafts section, only thing is I wish they had yarn like at other locations. Always go there for specific things or just to look around.”

“Came here all the way from the sfv looking for an IPhone Black Friday promotion that no one in my local Walmart could help me with. Bret the cellular specialist was super knowledgeable and was able to set me up with exactly what I was looking for. Where usually I had to explain the promotion to the employee, he knew exactly what I needed and gave me the best deal possible. Best customer service I've had at a Walmart.”
