The loss and prevention guy in front is a big jerk and has no idea what customer service is. They should say hello welcome to our store. No, instead they jump on female customers for bringing a purse in and telling you that you can't open it inside there store. You feel uncomfortable from the first step inside. Even Ross has better customer service.

The store was clean and will stocjed. The employees were nice, though a tad loud. Where they lose a star for me is in maintaining the line. Random guy just walks right by the line and plops his stuff down. No attempt was made to redirect him to the end of the line. Not cool.
