The Davita location of Lancaster is without over exaggerating is deplorable it’s hard enough to sit 3 1/2 hours in the chair that cushions have worn out in peoples indentations got permanent but also for at least a couple of months have had the TVs and our section not working now who’s responsible for this to get some things done i’m not quite sure but whoever it is, they’re not on their job, and you would think that the money that this company is making through Medicare Medi-Cal, and the other insurance is that they would have the decency for withal to be more considerate and concern for some sort of comfortability for their patience

Don't come to this place for treatment. The staff are able to bully patients and nothing happen but if patients defends their self against the staff. The staff run and tell their version on what happen. Making the patients look like they are in the wrong. I had a attack from one of the staff verbally. And the admin didn't do anything to that staff. She was able to argue with me the patient on the treatment floor. Then another staff that i gave praise for being so helpful. Got upset because it was her friend that attack me. So she started to treat me unfairly for no reason. And once again management attack me the patient. Even when they had proof i didn't have a incident or problem with this particular employee. They run this place like gang member working here. You will be ok if you don't call them or on their bs.

They have very bad patient service I had made plans to visit one month in advance so everything should be breezy. Wrong they changed my chair time then I got the worst greeting ever from them one tec name Fina was bad attuied no respect very rude .she makes you feel like not going anymore just because don't want to deal.with her?????

I had to give a star in order to write a review !! My mother past away at this clinic in September of 2018 , she would always come home sick after receiving Medical attention from this clinic . She would always complain about the so called technicians, their work and how they treated my mother . My mom would come home super ill , her arm always bruised because they were always pocking her multiple times missing her vain ! I've talked to so manyyyyyyy patients that attended here and they all have gone through the same terrible care , and to mention a lot have lost loved ones for the careless work that has been given at DAVITA. So in other words ! F*** DEVITA AND THEIR WHOLE UNPASSIONATE WORKERS!!
