Today I came in to buy some nausea medicine because I’m pregnant and am constantly throwing up. I walked in and the store immediately smelled like pee throughout the entire store which was causing me to gag and I was feeling extremely nauseous because of it. My boyfriend asked the old white lady with glasses if I was able to use the restroom because I was on the verge of throwing up and informed her that I was pregnant. The lady refused to let me in and we asked her if she could point us in the direction towards the nausea medicine because we couldn’t find it and she walked away. There was a white larger sized male with dark hair that was sitting at the counter and we had asked him if he could just point us in the direction and he just said “I’m not clocked in” that’s understandable but all we asked for was the direction or at least the aisle which wasn’t hard for him to do. The customer service was terrible which is unfortunate because I’m a love cvs and even pay for a monthly subscription for you guys.

Love the manager Victoria that manages this store. The team members are very nice and extremely helpful. They take the time to answer your questions when needed.

I'm a regular shopper but it's the drive through for Pharmacy that can be frustrating because the wait is 10+ minutes sometimes

Andrea is great. She is a hard worker and deals with many guests that are rude and trying to manipulate pricing or many other tasks. Please give her praise. Location is also a high theft store. CVS needs to help there staff and protect them more.

Went there today to get passport pictures. There was only one employee in the register. I was 3rd in line, once it was my turn I told the gentleman that I wanted passport pictures for my son. And that he can take the lady behind me and I would wait. He took my baby's pictures twice, and the pictures came out blurry, and he showed them to me and I told him that I was not happy with them. And he got upset. He was getting a busy line so I told him I would wait, he then proceeded to call for back up because it was getting busy. Once the staff member got go the register he told her "I took the picture twice and she doesn't like them" I then said "is not that I don't like them, the pictures are very blurry, I am paying for these" I was not rude but I told her. She then proceeded to help me. She was very nice, and took her time to take my sons pictures. Back where I used to live, I never encountered any type of rudeness from my local CVS. This staff member should be more nice. People come here and buy things. We aren't getting anything free.
