The CVS that I always go to is clean, the staff is pleasant and helpful and I couldn't ask for better service. It is more Superior to other CVS pharmacies in my town. Sometimes the window pickup gets a little backed up but that is because this is the far better Pharmacy than all the others in town.

Sharing the great customer service I received from Hector. He was prompt in answering the call and knowledgeable about my inquiry.
He also went above and beyond by providing me with the 24-hour CVS store's address as a backup to ensure I got the service I needed.

Overall I have had good experiences at CVS. The pharmacy can get busy some days but they work fast to get to the customer. I am rewards member & can usually find great discounts when I shop there. Sometimes they can use another cashier at the front counter as well.

This location closes early all the time. They were closed at 9pm even though the posted business hours said they're open until 10pm. This is the third time I've come when they're closed and they're supposed to be open.

You know before I bet this girl Sarah on the reception I would give this place 0 star. All employees are rude except this girl sarah.g she won the game. She was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. She went above and beyond in explaining our concerns. I have never met such a girl with positive energy before. Keep that girl CVS ??.I WOULD LOVE SARAH TO HELP ME EVERYTIME I VISIT CVS AT AVE K Lancaster

If I could give a negative review I would!! Staff are extremely rude!! Very poor customer service!! Gives you attitude!! Go somewhere else!!! Go find another job if you're not happy on what you do

I dropped some cameras off to be developed and recieved the pictures back and they are horrible, quite possibly worse than horrible. The lady I spoke with said there is nothing they can do since they've already been developed. A total was of money and time.

This place is nasty outside... YES that is human feces and urine on the walk way. The only reason I ever come here is as a delivery person picking up an order. The whole parking area is always nasty, inside you cannot find a single shopping card or basket because the homeless have stolen them all and they don't want to replace them. I wish they would have the decency to clean up the parking lot as it poses a health hazard for anyone going to the store.

I arrived at this CVS location at 9:41 PM. The doors were locked. I called and asked to come in and was told the store is closed due to technical difficulties. That's a lie. Thanks for closing early so you don't have to do your job Sara.

My husband's dentist called his prescription in around 10:15am. My husband got there around 1:15 PM, only to be told they wouldn't fill it until after lunch (which ed at 2pm). There was no one else in line and he was only getting a 7 day course of regular antibiotics. The woman asked if that was ok (which it wasn't because he had driven 26 miles to get there), but he didn't really have a choice. Then she told him "So it will be ready at 3pm". Wtaf? So the entire staff go for lunch at the same time? The woman who was serving when he returned was so slow. It took her 25 minutes to find the customer perscription who front of my husband. CVS - we won't be back!
