You should probably listen like a good girl and answer the question Another note I don't like your little civilian country to be taking about respect United States Constitution does not give a s*** about your opinion what that means is that I'm the one you have to show high, respect and great esteem so be a good girl and STFU. The next time you answer the phone you should probably say how may I help you "sir I am not your co worker who the hell are you ?get the hell off the phone you probably don't even really work there ?? With the way you were taking I would find that hard to believe. Which is another comment to add (so jokes on you)

DON'T GO!! STAY AWAY!! The employees are crooked and don't go by procedures (if any). I almost lost my number (porting it) and refused to help me in retrieving it or completing the process. The names are Carmen and Hector!

Brandy might have been the best sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. she was prompt and helpful on the phone when I called and even better when I got to the store. She was quick in setting up my new phone and made sure the process went as smoothly as possible. She certainly deserves a raise at a minimum. If it were up to me, I would make her a manager because she can clearly handle all duties and responsibilities of running a store. And to top it all off, her screen protector application skills are second to none. If you’re a cricket customer in the AV, take the drive to see Brandy. 10/10
