Lived here for 10 months and will be renewing. Pleasant experience and community, management has been cordial and reasonable in all interactions. Gated for security, gates work most of the time and there are multiple exits. Many laundry rooms and pools, but laundry is expensive. Luckily, there are units with hookups for you to install your own machines. Good location for Lancaster-Palmdale commuting, and close to the metro station for LA visits. Biggest personal gripe is that the fitness center is only open from 8-5 and not on Sundays.
