I needed a bootable USB stick with the latest version of Linux Ubuntu. I spoke with Mike and he was very helpful and accommodating. He had the stick ready for me in less than an hour and was charged exactly what I would have expected. I called two places that were slightly closer to where I live and both of them had an excuse as to why they couldn't do it immediately. One place told me they wouldn't be able to see until tomorrow and the other said they wouldn't be able to get to it until a little after noon. Thanks Complete Computer Care. A+ from me. I would highly recommend them.

I PROMISE that anyone who needs their computer serviced, you MUST use Complete Computer Care! You won't be disappointed. Mike, don't remember his last name, (long hair and glasses), is AMAZING! He's my computer sensei! I'm sure anyone who works there knows their stuff. Excellent customer service. Very fair pricing. It's definitely NOT Geek Squad!

I would definitely have to describe this place as a mixed bag. I recently purchased a new Microsoft surface device and needed some assistance with it. Apparently, a young man named Mike to whom is one of their technicians is the expert in this area. Without a doubt, he is certainly a competent technician that has the skills to get the job done. Unfortunately, he also has a personality tantamount to a vat of battery acid. Frankly, he is rude, dismissive, arrogant and utterly lacks the ability to provide a friendly customer service experience. While I rarely use expletives to describe people, I feel it is appropriate in this situation. Simply put, he is a total DB.On the other hand, there is another technician named Brandon that works on the weekend that does not suffer from these kinds of issues. He is helpful, personable and is perfectly capable of assisting you with your needs. To that end, if I need further assistance I will be taking it to him. Either that or I will be taking my computers to one of the many other repair shops around the valley. I feel the real question here is why the owner of the shop would allow a situation like this to go on. Strictly speaking, it can't be good for repeat business.

Competent, helpful, friendly. That about covers it. I used to do custom systems for NASA and myself, so I recognize when people know their stuff about computers. I recognized it here. They did a fine job diagnosing and repairing my system (dead SSD).

Had a issue with my 7 year old HP today. The mouse and keyboard are wireless and wouldn't connect to the monitor. I changed the batteries and still no joy. So I gather up everything and took them in and explained the problem expecting a huge bill or to be told the computer was toast. To my surprise one of the technicians said let's see what is the problem. He took about 5 minutes and then said you only have a bad USB port. Well, he moved the little thing me to a different port and I was good to go . I then said how much do I owe you guys, expecting a bill around $25 or so. Guess what I was told just have a nice day. When I got home and told the wife what just happened. She said go and get these guys a pizza for lunch. FYI we are in our 70's and they could of taken advantage of us really quite easily but they didn't. I do know that when I need a new computer I do know where I will be going to.
