My stay was March-16-2024 3:30-4:00pm, from the moment we entered the lobby they were very friendly, excellent treatment, they spoke to us in Spanish, first class service, the hotel has a very delicious continental breakfast by the way, everything very very good, thank you very much for such a pleasant experience.Rooms: Very clean, with everything you need for a good stay, excellent in everything, thank you very much

Horrible customer service! Charged my card numerous times and given no explanation. I was told it would be returned to my card. Yet I was overcharged twice for rooms charged room tax and tourist tax ridiculous charges x two. I will never stay here staff is rude and unfair and not caring of the guest issues that may arise during your stay. Do not stay here you will be disappointed ?. Charges added up to over 600 for two nights stay. Charged for a wash cloth that had been used to wipe up coffee my nephew spilled and they charged me 15.00 . Careful if you stay here you will be paying their bills for one nights stay . Reporting to BBB and yelp and anyone who will listenNoteworthy details: Rude staff . No room for mistakes from adult or children

I wanted my room serviced. I called first thing in the morning and was told they'll do it after 10am. 4pm when I asked my wife to call for follow up and she was told that they did not service the room because I declined.There's few reasons why I gave this a horrible review. First, was the arrogance of not acknowledging where the slip up was. Second, was for treating my disappointment as disrespectful to them and lastly for putting words on my mouth saying I declined service(which was a lie).Worst thus far....

Rooms were clean the people were great aside from the towel situation im not sure why but for some reason they only put one hand towel and one wash cloth in the room they're was 2 of us and we don't share wash cloths and hand towels are used for more than just drying my hands there was literally only 1 towel in the gym sauna area the owner apparently is too cheap to provide an adequate amount of linens to each room I stayed 5 days also 3rd day in I hear banging on a door and someone yell room 222 come out with your hands up and after almost 5 min of them not answer they threatened to throw tear gas in the room ... I was 1 floor up I would've been pissed if it reached my room I wished I would've stayed next door at the MarriottNoteworthy details: Right next to the freeway where they are doing work on it at night its super loud

Checked in and the lady at check in was super friendly and helpful. Once we got to the room it was extremely clean and tidy. Best part was the coffee area was well stocked and maintained. Complimentary breakfast was hot and well stocked.Job well done. We definitely will be returning to this specific hotel while in town.

This is the first time I've spent time here. Love the room, very comfortable bed, clean room. The continental breakfast has a good variety. We ended up switching rooms because Huricane Hilary was pushing rain through our room window. They upgraded us to a suite, WOW, what an upgrade. LOVED IT!!! we also had to stay and extra day because of Hilary. They accommodated us without hesitation. Staff was very friendly.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The breakfast could use a little work everything is pretty much microwaved. The entire staff was very friendly. However as soon as you exit the elevator on the 3rd floor it smelt like you entered a rock concert if you know what I mean.

Last night my key didn’t work so I go up to the front desk to get a new key. Unfortunately I was not listed on the room so they couldn’t give me a key (which I understand). However my husband was listed and I asked if he could call to authorize me for the room since he works nights and they refused to let him call. My mother in law who paid for the room also called and still they refused to let me in the room. Everything from my clothes to electronics were in the room and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude from the beginning. She then said that they didn’t even have my husbands number on file for him to call in so no matter what I wouldn’t be able to get into the room. This morning when my husband got off work he went to the front desk which this lady was extremely nice and helpful did say that his number was on file and he could’ve been called to authorize me to go into the room. When my mother in law called again the front desk lady from last night said “should we let any town drunk into the hotel when they ask” referring to me (I don’t drink and I had just gotten off work so was extremely tired). It was unprofessional and we definitely won’t be staying there again.

The staff is amazing and they're available when you need them. The rooms are very clean and a good size. Most importantly, everything is in working order. I would definitely stay here again. ????

Friendly and helpful staff, cozy inside and very welcoming. Love the breakfast included each morning and being pet friendly counts. Clean, casual and well maintained plus its in good location. Great customer service, enjoyed pool but spa needed repair, Competivally priced, great accommodations and well maintained property even though the short of toilet paper (according to desk attendant) raised an eyebrow. Housekeeping is nice and cooperative but understaffed With booking a longer stay i reached out when we needed service and will be staying much more.Rooms: Decent space, nice layout, quiet, comfy, clean, and a few amenities helped living in hotel with kids more manageableFood & drinks: Breakfast included with great variety and selections. Fulfills appetite and starts day off right.Noteworthy details: Not a fan of the deposit procedure, and policy to switch rooms with each new online booking is a hassle

great! the reservation was made in my husband's name, however, at the time of check-in he was not present, I was alone and the receptionist was super kind and offered to help me. Despite how hot it was (over 100°) the room was super cool, the temperature was perfect, they took care to prepare everything so I could have a good rest. The room was very spacious, bigger than expected, super clean and nice. I recommend!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This hotel is awful. Badly in need of repair. Broken latch on the door. Rooms smell. Room wasn’t ready until an hour after checkin time. We had a 2 queen bed room. They left us two towels for our family of 4. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels, and was told there are no clean towels available in the hotel, and given 4 wash cloths. Found a spider and another type of bug in the bathroom. I would never stay here again.

Had some issues during our stay back in March including a very rude breakfast attendant. The polite desk clerk apologized and said the general manager would credit us a partial credit when she returned from out of the country. This never happened.I made a handful of calls and attempts to get it resolved. No response. Finally in May I emailed the manager directly. I got a very quick response from the NEW General manager, Sarah who indicated she just took over as GM.Sarah was apologetic and went far beyond what I expected to make it right. This type of exceptional customer service is what makes a business, especially hospitality succeed.We had decided we would never stay there again on our trips to the LA area. That changed due to Sarah taking exceptional care of her guests!
