“The loss and prevention guy in front is a big jerk and has no idea what customer service is. They should say hello welcome to our store. No, instead they jump on female customers for bringing a purse in and telling you that you can't open it inside there store. You feel uncomfortable from the first step inside. Even Ross has better customer service.”
“They always have the same outdated clothes, but they're cheaper than Marshall's and tj max for everything else (baskets, utencils, baby clothes,etc...)”
“We started shopping there when our kids were in grade school, probably 20 years ago. They still are jammed full of numerous colors and sizes in a huge variety of all kinds of clothing. I was glad to have them customize a t-shirt for me. All all cotton t-shirt! We will be back there again. Too bad I'd forgotten about them for so long! The customization was new to me. They did a nice job! Eager to see what the recipient will say about it at Christmas time.”

Have only ever had to do one return but return policy seems to be quite liberal.
Had several large items on one trip and as baskets can't be taken out, the lost prevention team member carried my items to my car after I drove my car up to the door.
Items don't seem to be over priced and the staff on the registers always seem to be pleasant.”

“Shop here often only place that truly carries clothing and apparel that fits me. I’m 6’5” 270+ lbs and it’s hard to shop locally for my size outfits and others that I actually like and not forced to buy cuz it’s my size. Yes pricing is steep but for the convenience and selection from time to time is worth it for me. Haven’t been disappointed yet. ??”
