It was my first visit. Jan took me in as a walk-in. I was concern at the beginning because I have a hard time finding someone who knows how to cut Asian hair. Well, she did a wonderful job. I already have my next appointment setup. It's a small shoppe but very cool inside with nice people, cool music, awesome service.

Took my 5 year old with long hair to get a short haircut. Jen was amazing! She was so personable which made my son feel comfortable. It was our first time there and will return. Luckily for us one of her appointments didn't show up so she was able to cut my son's and my husband's hair which he was a happy customer as well. Next time I will make an appointment and take cash. I was glad there was a bank down the street!

Bad customer service, rude people. Making fun of someone the second they walk in because the shop is full isn't the way to go about business. Who asks "are your shoes heavy? No? Then wait outside." Before the person can even ask (as a walk-in) if there's space for said walk-in. We thought we'd try the Chop Shoppe closer and it was a mistake. We'll be sticking with the Lancaster location. The staff here need more training in customer service. Disgusting attitude here. Take this as a warning before wasting a trip to chop shoppe quartz.

Got a razor fade, and my beard trimmed to a goatee. Prices were way less than other places around the valley. The time and attention to detail, in addition to actually listening to what is being requested of a haircut, makes Chop Shoppe stand alone amongst all the other barbers in the valley.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Even if you bring in a photo showing the exact style you're after, you can expect to get nothing close to what you wanted. "M_____a" let me down big time. Being a good stylist is first & foremost having the capacity to listen to your customer and then to give them what they request. Instead I received her vision, not mine. "I guess I got carried away," is NOT what you want to hear at the end. Making matters worse, she even admitted she doesn't allow the customer to face the mirror and monitor the progress while she's at work. WTF??!! I will never give another dime to this place and will gladly steer others from making the mistake of trusting their stylists. PS - If all you want is military-style, high & tight buzz cuts then go for it. Every other customer I saw in the chair was asking for the jarhead look - something a monkey could achieve at home with clippers. AVOID TF outta this place.
